Zach is great. I needed a very quick turnaround on a broken laptop. I went to Best Buy and they…read moresaid they would need to send it out and replace the motherboard and it would take 4 days minimum. They recommended I try Mobile Klinik. Zach checked out the laptop, identified the part, made sure there was no other damage. He said they would need to get the part in but could fix it without replacing the whole motherboard because they can micro-solder it. It would be a two-day turn-around and be cheaper. Because of the timeline I just had to borrow someone's laptop but Zach was very helpful and told me how to avoid the damage in the future. I will definitely start here if I need help in the future.

My iPhone was currently not holding a charge, dying on me on the regular and when I actually checked in Settings, the iPhone message stated that I needed to get a new battery. So it was time to head to EFix, glad to have this new business close by rather then heading into Silverdale or Poulsbo! Mike took my call ordered a new battery that took less than a day to receive. Once I came in, he was able to swap my battery out in half an hour. I also had another issue with my lens and he identified the problem instantly and was able to clean and re-glue my lens that was loose on my old iphone.
