Reasonably priced, prompt, reliable, goes the extra mile, polite and courteous. I only asked for a wash and he offered a few extras (small details) at no charge. It was the owner, Michael and he works hard and is fairly quick as well as knowledgeable and conscientious. I will use him again if I come back to Reno. I rated this transaction 4 because there were a few small omissions. Not all windows were left clean and several appeared to have been wiped with cloth rather than with a squeegee and had noticeable smears on them once the light changed. I had my CR-V detailed a few weeks ago at my home. I was originally scheduled at 9:00 AM, but the day of messaged to say they would be closer to 1:00 PM. Okay, not that big a deal. I asked my neighbor to hold on to the keys until they got there. They came out and washed, waxed, and removed the hard water stains. The car looked pretty good on first inspection, then I took a closer look. There were piles of dried wax on various surfaces - eh, not that hard to knock those off, but... there were marks on the hood of the vehicle, where the detailer had obviously put the wax on too thin, it dried, and then they used a buffer creating micro-scratches in the paint. Pretty much ruining the paint job on this brand new vehicle. Further, there were areas that were completely ignored such as the places where the doors meet the vehicle, under the handle for the hatch back, and some of the windows. When I left for work the next day and the sun hit my windshield, I had to pull over and clean it myself because it was so streaked. Finally, they left huge stains on the driveway from the tire shine. I called Michael, the owner, who said he would come out that evening to inspect the vehicle and fix anything the detailer had missed. He never showed up. He also offered to power wash the stains from the driveway if they were still there in a few days, which was a kind offer - except that he stopped taking my calls once the check was cashed. The stains are still there over two weeks later. Not only am I out $185 dollars for the detail, but who knows what it will cost to fix my paint job and my landlord is taking $150 out of my deposit to fix the stains on the driveway. While the results were great, I won't be using them again unless those who interface with customers are required to be vaccinated. Had high hopes that the work quality matched the name. Convenient service and the owner was so nice that we didn't think to inspect how well they'd cleaned the car. When we did, some of it was fine but we had to wash the inside windshield (had oily dashboard cleaner on it), the inside and back of the center console, the area under the back window, under the back seat, the mag wheels and more. If you use this service, inspect their work before they leave--I've called twice and texted photos and have yet to hear from the owner. read more

As far as Mobile Detail Service goes.every little detail is exactly what you get. Mike came to my work and clean the filthiest jeep he's probably ever had to clean. He detailed it better than anyone I've ever brought it to. I'm definitely using Mike again. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. read more

Canceled appointment 15 minutes after scheduled to be there. Second appontment no show. 3rd appointment offered to do for half off. 1 1/2 hour late. Windows looked worse than before they were done. Didn't realize until next day during the daylight and sun. Had to have him come back in the house on the day he was here because he didn't do master bedroom and bath windows. Next day discovered he missed 4 other windows as well. NEVER did Any window tracks which is a service they and most window cleaners provide. It was quoted in my bid. He didn't do any window tracks and I didn't realize this until they left. Removed screens from the outside with a tool when they are supposed to be removed by the screen tabs attached to them from the inside. Next day I realized they had damaged 3 screens completely beyond use and two screens they could not get back in so they left them half way out, unattached. When I texted him re the screens , tracks, and Windows he wouldn't respond. Next day when I told him I wasn't going away and was stopping payment he replied and said screens "we're already like that". They weren't, and when I asked an additional 2 times When he was coming back to clean window tracks and Windows for which I paid, no response. Charged me original price not 1/2 off. Do not use them. He also said he just bought clear vision window cleaning and was attempting to better the former reputation of that company. ?? read more

I had them come out to my house today. They did not clean four of my windows on the inside and one on the outside. A majority of the windows were either streaked or spots missed. I had to run to the store and my husband did not check before paying them. I emailed the owner Michael and never heard back. I would never recommend this Company and would give them a negative star read more

Nice guy came to me but lacked attention to detail paid for full detail but mirrors were half done with top coating and windows were streaked ,,asked to have bed top coated and vacuumed out which wasn't done and he had to leave for another job read more
