This Review is for the Fernley Nv location whom I'm extremely thankful and grateful for the great and wonderful work this staff did to provide me with satisfaction. I was involved in a 3 car collision back in November 2021. My adjuster from my insurance only provide me less than 4 hours to find a body shop to get started with the estimate of the repair on my 2018 Ford Fusion. I had no clue to where I was going to find such a trustworthy place in this unfair timely manner, I did contact few body shops where they had been fully busy and wouldn't be able to get me in til probably in 2 months especially since the holidays where around the corner. I do live in Fernley, but me thinking its a small town I wasn't going to find a place but thankfully I googled and All American Auto Body in Fernley popped up and I decided to give a call. " Jason" from the very beginning of our conversation has always been polite and very professional. I explained to him my situation not me knowing anything what I had to do since this was my first time ever being in a car accident and having to deal with insurances. He explained to me how everything needed to get started and what I needed to do in order to start a process. That very first day I called he asked me to bring in my car to take some pictures and provide an estimate. The whole process with my insurance was a little delay but they never neglected to approve or pay any supplement that Jason would submit them. The back rear of my vehicle was pretty damaged and honestly I was afraid that my car wasn't going to look like before. Especially since I've only had it for about 3 years. Jason was always updating me what was going on and what stage my car was in, he would also apologize why it was taking long (again not body shop fault, my car insurance was delaying to respond to supplements) even though I also understand because Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years and also the Snow Storm that caused all transportation to stop. I took my car to the body shop on 12/8/21 so they could've get started with getting it apart to get a better view of the damaged. I knew it was gonna take some time which I didn't mind all I wanted was for someone I can count on and depend on and trust that they where not just thinking about the money. My car was out and ready on 1/28/22. Me and my brother went to pick up my car and I can tell you that my brother is a very difficult person that you can't convenience of anything that has to do with a car. But let me tell you as soon as my brother saw my car he was very impressed and his words," Damnnn it looks like nothing happen to your car, what damages"? I was also too very excited and thankful for this. Unfortunately I wasn't able to thank the staff that did the labor work but I gotta say that I am very happy and happy with the results. I was referred to this business by a friend thinking I would have great experience. I was wrong all the way around ! From the customer service to the repair of my car , which looks awful was a bad experience . Bob also want to hold on to the fact that I "no showed" for an appointment when in fact I told Jason "AKA Cup" when I picked my car up the first time that I would not be coming in on the date they told me to come in and that I would call when I knew my schedule . When I called to scheudule an actual appointment BOB was beyond rude telling me I no showed for my last one and he would call me back to schedule me . He never called me back so I called back 3 weeks later to find out when I could schedule and he was a complete JERK, I will never go back and I would never recommend anyone to them read more

I have used this company twice with great results. A couple years ago they worked on the grill on my Ford pickup. This week they replaced a damaged headlight assembly on my Toyota. I paid cash since neither of these small jobs was covered by insurance, but the prices were very fair. I was able to make initial arrangements through promptly answered emails. The work was done correctly and on time. The workers I met were polite and friendly and knew their jobs. The place was neat and clean. My experience couldn't have been better. Dog shit company. Dropped my truck off to get an estimate, called me an hr later said they weren't able to find the damage. A deer hit my passenger door. Went there to show them the damage and than told me I was not able to drive my truck off property and would not give up my keys. I'd stay away from them and there incompetent employees. read more

My daughter in law took her vehicle to these guys and after the work was done, they did a very poor job on cleaning the vehicle from when they repainted her vehicle and the paint had an orange peel look to it. It took them 3 times to get the work right. They should have done it right the first time. Would not ever use this company again. read more

I took my brand-new car here on Wednesday, April 25, 2018. It was less than a week old when I parked in on the street and some car bumped it while backing up and left without leaving a note. There were two extremely shallow dents (I couldn't even see or feel them) and paint scuffs on the front fender and door. I was devastated, as this was a big purchase and still new. I went to a number of body shops to get estimates the day before and this day. All American auto Body in Mound House was my last planned stop, which was just a little outside of Carson City, on US Route 50. I am ecstatic I went there. John, the owner, who was super nice, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he was trustworthy. He gave me a reasonable estimate. His office was also clean and had a bright waiting room. He had god reviews on all the sites. I also met an employee before John arrived, and he was also polite and professional. John said he could get the job done in two days, compared to three to five days for all the other shops. And, after checking quickly with his employees, he said he could start my car right away that day and have it done by late the next day, since I has come early in the morning for the estimate. I hadn't planned on leaving the car at a shop this day, but this sounded very appealing to me. Yes, a few shops gave a little lower prices, but either they wanted it for a longer time, they had bad reviews, or they were sketchy (their door was locked at the previous shop when I came for an estimate and their dog started barking at me). But John's price wasn't on the high end either. A few shops (with more overhead) wanted $350-$450 more, and one would have had me wait three weeks before getting it in. All American Auto Body also offers rides for you to your home or work, but unfortunately, the driver had left for the day due to being sick I think. That was fine, since the Carson City Enterprise Rent-A-Car picks picks up from this location since it is only one-half mile outside of the city limits. John called for me and told them to give me the discounted price (they didn't at their office though since I was not going through insurance, but that is not All American Auto Body's fault). (I also took Lyft back here the next day from central Carson City since it was only $13.75, which was reasonable.) As mentioned above, I decided to pay out of pocket, since my collision deductible was $1,000 and the estimate was only a little more. This would have gone against my insurance as it was a hit and run [Nevada does not offer UMPD (Uninsured Motorist Property Damage) like California and a few other states do]. Also, this way, the super minor accident (a scuff job basically) would also not be reported to CarFax. The next day, John called me earlier than expected, and said everything was ready. The result were amazing! I could not tell the car was hit. I was worried about them not being to get the right paint, since this manufacturer had just released this new color for this model year a few months earlier. Some other body shops could not even find the paint code on the computer to give me an estimate since it was so new. I was also worried the car would never be the same because of loose parts or incorrect fitting and such. But my worried were for naught and all was perfect. They even hand washed the car for me. Being paranoid as it was a new car, I came back the next day worried abut some extremely minor surface scratches on the other side (not the collision side) that you could only see in direct sunlight (they didn't even disrupt the clear coat), which I thought might be from their washing it. But John looked at it and explained how they hand wash their cars and they couldn't have come from them. They were longer scratches from an automated car wash. I then remembered the dealer had such a car wash and so did another commercial car wash I had been too earlier. Regardless, John pulled an employee right away from his job and had him buff the scratches off with his machine. It took less than five minutes in the parking lot. He didn't have to do that since it was not his fault, but he did it anyway! I was very surprised and happy, as well as relieved! John is a good man who wants his customers to be satisfied. (Since then, I have not taken the car to any automated car washes--I use touchless car washes instead.) The repair job also came with a lifetime warranty on their paint and three-year warranties on the metal and any mechanical repairs, the latter two which were not necessary for my repair. I had had bad experiences before at auto body shops, from them keeping the car too long, to forgetting to aim my headlights and center the steering wheel, to them actually stealing change I had left in the console. But my experience here was completely the opposite. I plan to use All American Auto Body in the future, should I need them. Their price, service, speed, reliability, and honesty cannot be beat. read more

Had my insurance send them the information on my claim. I went to All American because I had been there before and had great service! Not this time! The women acted like she would rather be somewhere else and when I told her my name and that my insurance had forwarded the information, she looked on her computer and said nope, nothing from them. I told her they had assured me they has sent the information. She said, no! you need to contact them, have them contact us and we will contact you , but we are not even setting appointments until after the end of January! I told her again, they sent the information! she just looked at me, did not ask for any other information of my claim or anything. I told her fine, I will go els where, she said ok! I gues they don't need the business and I don't need the BS! when I called my insurance company they read me the name and address of All American and it was correct, they also told me the date the information was sent to them. These guys are great on two different occasions they kicked ass. First my wife's car need some body work done on her hood and they took care of it and it was done with the upmost professionalism. Second I took my 4Runner in to see if they could help me with my passenger window and back window both were having issues with going back up. They fixed both and gave me some info on how to keep them in good working order. They charged a very reasonable price, I definitely recommend this business they are great. Rear-ended a truck with a hitch, a minor fender-bender which happily my insurance covered (minus deductible). Took the car to three body shops--two in Carson City and All American in Mound House for estimates. All three shops were on the insurer's recommended list. All American's estimate was in the middle of the other two, but what sold me was that John did a noticeably more thorough examination of the vehicle than the other shops and explained to me what the estimated costs were for and why they were needed ... he even got under the car and under the hood, which the other shops did not do. He tentatively promised the repairs by Friday, but completed the work by Thursday, and the car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I had dropped it off, lol. John even followed up with a phone call the next week to check that everything was okay with the work. Very good company to deal with, honest and competent.
