I just went and picked my car up because that was very unprofessional.. when I got there to pick my car up at 230 all bays were full of cars getting worked on that got there after me ! I don't understand how they have those part ready for those car appointments but not mine ... do not recommend at all no sense of time or having the proper tools/parts available even when they been given advance notice you were coming ..
