Came in for allergy testing. Drove 45 mins for them to tell me I had to reschedule because no one told me during the previous appointment that I couldn't take my allergy meds for 7 days. I was also not provided a packet with instructions/consent forms for said allergy testing prior to my arrival today. I took time off work and drove over an hour and a half to waste half my morning. When I explained that not taking my allergy medicine for more than a day leads to full body itching, watery eyes, unable to breathe and sleep due to not being able to breathe, as well as constantly sneezing and getting hives, I was told to take Tylenol. Explain to me how that makes any sense. No one apologized for the inconvenience or for failing to do their job and provide me with the prior paperwork. And don't even get me started on transferring to a new dr. Everyone's ENT office refuses to give you your own medical information without you coming into the office to pick it up. read more

Very heart broken over my recent experience with the office. Dr Gilliam has treated the entire family. We had respect for her and the office. Over looked some challenges. Recently Everyone ENT changed names and become part of Christus Trinity. When we went for our annual in August, I felt this was a great change. Then I had needed an ENT for an infection. PCM and ER doctors told me to get in, I had to peeled to get to see my doctor. Saying it was urgent. I was so pleased when they got me in and help to relieve the pain..... a week later I woke with a muffled ear (much like after a flight). After 24 hrs of it not going away, I called. Was told no appointment for my emergency until November to go to the ER. I went to ER. ER doctor notes tell me to follow up with my PCM within a week (check schedule) AND to follow up with my ENT. NOT and OR but AND ER doc stressed the importanceof both... ok I call the office back talk to Michelle, who at 1st goes to schedule (for my now on 2 weeks ear infection that is still active according to ER doctor) in December for follow. I remember my son has a follow up for his allergies, I ask if I can piggyback in with him. She says no. Then says since your schedule with PCM you can keep your appointment for Aug 2026 and dont need the appointment in December. In which I said why, she say because your seeing your PCM. I said it says AND....which she tells me is just a suggestion. I said NO the ER doctor was very much saying that I have to see my ENT. (who knows of the infection and has already started a treatment that hasnt healed my ear infection) Michelle tells me it not a requirement until my PCM says so. I said then I will be told January, can we make the appointment for December. No. Are you denying me to see my doctor. YES..... for an infection in my ear that is still active in my ear and I have been told to see my ENT. I was in tears and shock at this point. She told me I can go to another ENT. I told her I was heartbroken, I mean Dr Gilliam has treat our family of 6. The kids love her as a doctor, that helps them. To need my doctor, have other doctors tell me I need to get back into the office and be dismissed as if i am disposable. My optimism has turned into a living nightmare. Lost beyond belief that a change for what was suppose to be better, went from a personal touch and caring of a patients to a system of numbers, disregar, and dismiss. Such a bad experience for me. This is based on my experience only and as a new patient to this practice I can not continue care with this establishment based on multiple issues ranging from the Dr being very short, non informative and talks over you and really doesn't seem to care what questions you have to say as a patient. The what I call is the head nurse is very blunt and rude. The person who manages the insurance filing and paperwork seems very unsure of the whole process. I went in for a visit in October as I have had other family members using this dr for over 20 years. My dentist found a growth on my tonsils and wanted it looked at by an ENT. I checked in and paid my $40 copay, walked back to the room with the head nurse mentioned above and was put in a room and all of sudden she says the dr is going to want to do a scope and sprayed this numbing stuff up my nose. No explanation just did it. Dr came in shortly and scoped me and said let's do a biopsy. As I was checking out we inquired why I was being charged for the scope when my family member gets one every year and has never paid for the scope. The person mentioned above took some notes and said he would need to look into more but would call us. I was then charged like $106 for the scope. This is where is really started to turn bad for me. About 3 weeks later I went in for the biopsy and after the biopsy I asked about limitations and was told stay away from spicy foods and limited hard foods for a couple days. That was it. ( I was siping water through a straw to keep liquids down only to have a friend tell me the next morning that any kind of mouth/throat work a straw should be sure and probably kept it bleeding ) As I was checking out I inquired about the scope charge because the person never called. They said my family member typically was scoped at the end of the year and probably met deductible. I asked how much was the scope and they said $66 so inquired why I was charged $106 and they said for the visit and scope. I had to then prove that I already paid for the visit and he said oh I didn't realize. So they had to credit me. That evening after the biopsy I was bleeding on my throat and when we called the office emergency line the Dr called back and said if your bleeding a lot to go to the er and they can spray some stuff in your thought to stop the bleeding but the Dr just keep talking over me and I could never get an answer on how much is too much bleeding. I determined to wait to see if it would stop over night only to end up in the er the next morning after another call to the emergency Dr office to where my wife spoke to the Dr and when my wife asked how much is to much bleeding the Dr said well your a women you have used a tampon before so would it fill a tampon or not. My wife was like it would have filled up several. Because of me (sorry to be so detailed) throwing up blood we went to the er for a 4 hr visit. When the er dr was calling the ent dr all of a sudden my phone rang and it was the ent office calling to see how I was doing. My wife explained I was at the er. Fast forward 3 weeks later I called the office to see if my results were in from the biopsy as i hadn't heard from the Dr office since my er visit. They said they couldn't share the results over the phone or through the portal only the Dr could share them with me. I asked if I could come get them and they said yes. I immediately went to the office and upon arrival and my request the head nurse said I just talked to the Dr and she wants to see you this afternoon. I explained I can't. But I also remembered that the Dr doesn't see patients on Monday but only does procedures. So this was strange. I also explained to the office staff that I am not sure I can trust this Dr/office any more based on the multiple issues. I was upset for many reasons 1) my overall experience. 2) being over charged 3) no follow up 4) no info from the dr on follow up and so on. When I got home the dr called and wanted to know why I was so upset because be results were clean. As I started to talk and explain how upset I was based on the multiple misses from her team she there again talked over me and then I got loud and said you aren't going to over talk me this time. I explained all of the things that went wrong. She said she told the staff to make an appt for 2 weeks after the biopsy as I was checking out that day. Oh yeah that's another miss. Long story short maybe it was a once off bad experience but from my view I will never go to this dr office again. My family members are also cancelling appts and looking for a new ent after 20 years. Somewhat disappointing but again after I explained my concerns and frustration the dr wasn't even phased and when I said this will make a good Yelp review she said ok. Complaint My daughter had a tonsillectomy operation done today by Dr. Christine Gilliam. We were sent messages about the procedure and my daughter registered for the procedure as well. We paid $100 has a deposit for the procedure. When we came in today, as there instructions were said on paper, we were told her surgery time changed. It was no longer at 8:30 but at 11:30. No one contacted us about that. We paid close to $700 for my daughters operation. Nurse came out stating we were just going to have to wait. They took her back, put the IV in and she waited till 11:30 for her surgery. After the surgery was complete, the doctor said she was going to prescribe antibiotics and pain meds. It's Friday, and she never sent the pain med. We tried calling the doctors office, but it was closed and the backup doctor James Atkins called to tell us he can't help my daughter because of all the narcotic stuff going on today and that I would have to take my daughter to the emergency room. We are just parents trying to help our daughter. We just spent $800 dollars to wait half a day to get a 30 minute procedure done, told by Dr Gilliam that my daughter would have pain meds and never provided them, and then told by Dr. Atkins he couldn't help her and to go spend more money at the ER. I would never take my daughter back to this place. How we were treated, was totally immoral and utterly unethical. As I recall, doctors take oaths, and none of those oaths were any were close to fulfilled today. I wish I can do more than just a mere review. read more

The doctor is good but she charges a lot even with insurance for my first visit with something she check on. my nose and broad I paid around $350. But the worst thing is the staff specifically the receptionist. I need to do a ct scan for my next appt but they never called me or told me what time it is was. When I call she say when you came we told your appt time for the ct (she never told me) because if she said that was 2 pm I would say not because I am working at that time. She said I'm tired of telling you the same thing (about the ct) and so, you want to cancel or reschedule your appt either way you need to pay a fee because you needed to do it 48 hours in advance Not 24. I canceled and I told her that I don't want to go anymore there. She said well. Looks like the doctor is a good want but with that receptionist makes look everything bad. She was rude to me the first time I went but I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking that maybe was my imagination. But the second time she was worst. I do not need to accept that behavior toward me. I don't think anybody needs to accept that. So, better to find another ENT doctor and a little less expensive. read more

I went in on a referral from a good friend, he said she was the best. I set my appointment and it was for the next, no long waits for an appointment. I was able to obtain the new client paperwork online and had it all filled out when I got there. I arrived about 30 minutes early and I had no wait. I was actually in and out before my appointment time with a plan of action. The office staff was super helpful, even the young lady training up in the front was doing well. I had an appointment today. I walked in and kindly declined a mask and handed them my doctors note. I cannot wear a mask due to permanent injuries from another doctor. So much so that I have to take antibiotics for the rest of my life. The doctor refused to treat me even WITH a doctors note. Considering this was my second opinion, this doctor made my choice much easier. There are 167 peer reviewed studies showing that masks do not work. Not only that, your creating a moist environment by breathing into them. Then touching them which contaminants them with germs. Considering my other ENT didn't even ask anyone to wear a mask clearly shows his critical thinking skills and is actually following the science. I wouldn't trust this doctors judgment after this. If your looking for a doctor that isn't playing political theater, I highly recommend going outside of SA to find doctors. The majority of Boerne, Spring Branch, and New Braunfels do not require masks. Isn't it interesting that the places that have the most immunizations and harsher masks requirements are the places with the most cases? Start questioning things people! Use critical thinking and stop giving people with disabilities a hard time! read more

I was seen a month ago with no mask on and everything was fine. Went back for a follow up today and was denied service because I did not have a mask on. DR. GILLIAM Herself refused to see me. She is not about taking care of her patients. Every appointment was extremely quick which I've always thought was awesome. However, being turned away when I need to see a doctor for not wearing a damn mask shows she's not about her patients well being. Perhaps this is a good sign and that I need a second opinion. My advice, find a doctor who truly cares and don't just do a google search for an ent in the area. Guess that was my mistake. Lesson learned. read more

Disappointed to say the least, my husband has a severe ear infection, extreme pain and I called to try and get him a scheduled visit. We had been using this Dr. for almost twenty years when she used to be at the North Central Baptist location. Called due to his severe pain and was told he needs a hearing test outside of this practice since he is an establised patient. And I said Dr. Gilliam has conducted hearing tests before, and they noted only if he is a new patient. Well, it is not equitable to treat the patients who have been with you for many years less than and not treat them the same as you would a new patient. Mind you I had sinus surgery, my husband and even took my children there. So now, you are going to refuse to treat an established customer and not give them the same treatment as you would for a new patient. This does not sit well with me and I guess now I must find a new provider after giving this business our money for so long. Sad reality, when I called the provider recommended for a "hearing test" before he can be seen they cannot even get him in until end of this month. How is this good care and treatment of your established patients? I will not be going back and now on the hunt for a provider and office that treats established patients just as good as their "new" patients. So let me restate this, you will conduct a audiology test on a "new" patient but you will not retest an "established" patient. Hum, that policy is going to upset many established patients who have spent a lot of hard earned dollars with this practice. Sharing, so now you know as well. Very disappointed. read more

Oh boy, where to start! Do you want to time travel back to middle school to feel the heat of your angry dad after you got home 2 minutes past curfew only to endure the next week of passive aggressiveness towards you? This is the place to experience that! I came in last year (March 2021) to meet with Dr Gilliam and the staff was unwelcoming and cold right off the bat. Left this practice because Dr G basically slapped a bandaid on an ongoing ear problem and sent me on my way with antibiotics. This ongoing ear problem continued, so I started going to a new ENT. He didn't have any availability for this (once again) ongoing ear problem that required urgent care, so I called 'eVeRyOnEs' ENT to have my ear looked at. Call the front office, the receptionist answers "hello????" as if we were high school enemies from 10 years ago. She is rude and unprofessional. I make an appointment for the next day over the phone with her. I walk in to my appointment several minutes early, and the front reception girl looks at me as if she was annoyed with my existence and basically shoos me away to wait. In my mind I'm thinking, "hm ok, doesn't seem as busy as she made it seem on the phone..." Then the nurse walks in from the front door (assuming from her break) stares me down as she walks past me through the door to the back. 30 seconds later, she comes to bring me back with the attitude as if I was the one that took her lunch from the staff lounge fridge yesterday. Pure annoyance in her life. Tells me to just sit and wait, the Dr will be in shortly. Doesn't do any other nurse duties, not sure if they were required but I could have walked myself back there honestly, without an attitude. Next thing I know Dr G is busting through the door, walks straight over to me without saying a word and starts lowering my chair back while simultaneously shoving the suction into my ear to remove the blockage (doesn't even look in first...), while simultaneously asking me "so what are you sticking in your ear" - I'm thinking, ok I have an ongoing problem, my ear hurts and is sore, is draining, has puss coming out, so this seems accusational rather than inquisitive...but I proceed to tell her "yes I have continued to use quips to an-" she cuts me off in an EXTREMELY RUDE MANNER, and just says "yeah thats the problem you gotta stop putting stuff in your ears." Mind you, I had an incident which is how all this ear stuff started in the first place. It. WAS. NOT. BECAUSE. I. USED. A. QTIP. Causation is not correlation. I am silent because I'm not an ENT, and she was quick to silence me, talk over me, be extremely condescending, and berate my qtip usage. I ask her why this is an ongoing issue over a year (over this year I have also had partial hearing, extreme soreness that wavers, drainage that pusses up or crusts up, etc) she cuts me off again and without looking at me nearly the entire time, continues to type on her computer, and goes into a long winded medical explanation that is too fast for me to even f***ing understand. Then ushers me up and out to the front desk to pay. As I'm walking away in this completely silent/deserted office, I say "thank you" and she and the nurse are completely silent. At this point I am convinced this place is actually a portal into the twilight zone and I'm on candid camera. I walk up to the front and MissSmiles at the front desk tells me what I'm paying and again, without looking at me says "your receipt will be emailed thx bye" - so I just turn around and leave NEVER TO RETURN TO THIS PLACE OF SADNESS AND DESPAIR. This place is run by a bunch of Grumpasaurases from the Jurassic period. Never going back here BYE FELICIAS!!! Hope 2022 brings you happiness because y'all were sad as hell. read more

DO NOT GO HERE, treated my husband as if he were a wild animal !! He was suffering from a sore throat that would not let up, he DID NOT have covid. One side of his throat had a big lump. And he went here NEEDING help. They heard "sore throat" and quickly treated him awful. The doctor came in , asked him 100 covid questions, interrogated him, sprayed some sh** down his throat so she can use the scope and then said Nevermind. DIDNT DO ANYTHING !! Its been almost 6 months since we went to see Dr. Gillam the first time and today we took my two youngest sons to see her again. The personnel in the office are always extremely helpful and when I called in to ask about the symptoms my boys were having they even offered for me to come in that same day. Instead we opted to bring them in this morning. She saw both boys in the same appointment which saved us valuable time. As usual she was professional and extremely good with the kids. I had a great experience at Everyone's ENT. I was able to get right in, within just a couple days from the first time I called. The office was nice and the wait time was minimal. Dr. Gilliam listened to all of my concerns and was able to prescribe me with antibiotics and nasal sprays that cleared up the sinus pain and pressure that had been bothering me for weeks. As of this moment I am now a former patient after being one for years. The whole time I was a patient the front office has not been good and seems to have always been a revolving door of people, this comment is just to confirm what most people have mentioned on here. I have been doing the drop therapy through this office for years and they require a deposit to do this therapy. After some recent medical issues I was prescribed a blood pressure med that is a beta blocker and because of that I have to discontinue the drops. This decision is a medical one and can't be avoided but Dr. Gilliam and this office refuse to have any common sense that I didn't just walk out on the drops and leave them hanging, it is a medical reason that this happened. But they refuse to refund my money ($200). I'm not sure why they must mix the drops months in advance, pretty much just after you pick up a bottle they immediately mix another. Because of this it left me no chance to let them know of this situation because they had mixed the bottle 2 months earlier. So they made it impossible that I could have let them know so that I could receive my deposit back. This is my hard earned money that is now just wasted. Will never return to this office or recommend this office to anyone. read more

The reviews here are pretty much spot on. It seems like every patient is diagnosed either the same or similarly, especially when it comes to nasal blockage. I came in on a whim to be treated for allergies (gotta love San Antonio!). They charge you upfront for the testing and give you no other option. Three weeks after I was tested, a lady calls me over the phone to notify me of additional charges, because they had to do 'more testing than normal'. Why can't you do your due diligence of notifying me upfront? And why do you purposely choose to give me the most expensive testing and not give me, the patient, the option? The HR guy states they have always ran business like this and frankly, I'm not exactly sure how they are still in business. Then, they had the nerve to keep my future appointment. I already fired at them two months ago and they gave me back my direct deposit for the treatment plan, so why would I still be on the calendar for an appointment? And as Birgit H. wrote (and many others...), the three week plan Dr. Gilliam had me on as part of the testing did not work, perhaps because three weeks is not enough time. By the way, way to go with the staff member who lost her cool with a person (finance office?) on the phone. No matter how rude the other person is being, you NEVER stoop to their level. read more

Dr. Gillam is an awesome doctor. Definitely an expert in her field and I would see her again but only if she does something about her support staff. One word; shady. Make sure you understand every charge for every procedure before you have them sit you in the chair. I've had to challenge every charge for every visit. Nightmare. Had to come back & update my review. Dr. Gilliam's office manager called me last night and appoligized for how I was treated. They worked me in today and I am very satisfied with the service. They would have been 5 stars if it was not for the incident yesterday but for now will give them 3 stars. I love Dr. Gilliam, but what I just went through today was a nightmare with her staff. I received a bill from them two days ago, 9/18/2012 saying that I still owed money from my surgery after my insurance claims went through. I called yesterday, 9/19/2012 with questions regarding my bill for I did make a large payment before surgery. Everything went fine and planned on paying this bill on my next pay day, 9/27/2012 & the bill date is 10/01/2012. I went in today for my 3rd follow up from my surgery. I made this appointment on 9/6/2012 and needed to see the doctor for I am still having bad headaches. I get there and was told I could not see the doctor till I pay my bill in full. Nowhere on the billing statement nor with my phone conversation yesterday was I ever told that I could not be seen unless my bill was paid in full. I am broke from all the medical bills I have already paid. I still have more to pay and not trying to get out of paying them. But I am maxed out on regular & advance sick leave. I was using the last of my leave for today's appointment. I am still coughing up dried blood & have one major headache but I cannot do anything since I don't have the time off or money to make another appointment. read more

I won't go back. Have had problems with dry cough for months. Dr. Gilliam opted to do all expensive testing first, like camera tube down the nose, MRI like procedure (it's called something different). Results of those were only confirming symptoms, but didn't give new insight. She insisted that I continue to use nose drops and reflux medication, which I did... for 3 weeks without any improvements, along with a 3 week antibiotic regimen, which tore up my stomach. I was advised by her that it can take up to 3 months to work and that I should proceed. I did read up on the internet, the reflux meds work with 2-3 days, I didn't read anything that would confirm that it can take up to 3 months for this to work. I then was recommended for an allergy test (which probably should have been tested first, and is least expensive to test). I have high blood pressure, but was set up for the skin test (which doesn't work with my blood pressure medication.) Only after I kept probing, I was excused and sent for a blood test. More time wasted. I was told to make another appointment to get the results. I said that I didn't think I needed to make another appointment if the test comes back negative, but they insisted that results will have to be discussed during an appointment, so further action steps can be discussed. To me, this feel like a doctor that uses little common sense and forges ahead with anything that makes her money. Won't go back! read more

Back in Jan 2015 I had an incident where Everyone's ENT tried to over charge me until I spoke with my insurance and had them call the office to make sure my charges were correct the receptionist called me back and apologize for the mistake i insisted that i give them another try and then this happens Recently I had another visit in which I was advised the my throat was infected which was causing me to miss work so I inquiryed about getting intermittent FMLA documents complete until my throat healed in which I was decline and i was sent on my way and referred back to my primary doc to get the document completed I would recommend that all or any charges get verified with your insurance before your appt date because you could be overcharged on your visit this will be my final visit read more

Dr Gilliam kept calling me 'honey', which felt weird. Also nothing she prescribed for me helped any of my symptons. After leaving this same review on google, I got a passive aggressive response about 'compliance'... I did miss my antiobiotics after the 1st visit, but I was fully on the regimen given to me after the next visit. Additionally, I told Dr Gilliam I was having trouble with the neti pot, and she actually YELLED at me, and got upset and said that I was using it wrong. Despite my problems and asking if there was other options, she instead shrugged her shoulders and told me to keep using the neti pot for another 6 weeks and there were no other options. Very unprofessional treatment and I will make sure I tell everyone about your also very unprofessional response to my review. read more

I went into Dr. Gilliam in early December after being told I needed to be seen by an ENT because my sinuses were in rough shape. I LOVED her and still do. She is a great doctor, very thorough and to the point. I went on antibiotics and unfortunately they didn't work. Surgery was going to be my only option. Meh :( Scheduled the surgery and was ready to go. What they don't tell you is that you are required to pay your ENTIRE bill up front. I talked to the scheduler and said that was crazy, who has $2,700 laying around? I asked to be put on a payment plan and that wasn't even an option. Long story short, Dr. Gilliam is great, but they weren't willing to work with my budget, which is unfortunate. read more

I started going to Everyone's ENT about 2 years ago. At first I was trying to get help with my sinuses and overall allergies. The doctor was very sweet and helped solve most of my problems with the Neti Pot (don't recall how to spell). **Side Note** Honestly I hate the Neti Pot, its very annoying and doesn't help much. However, after going there for some time and still having issues, I decided to go back and get an allergy test done. I was told I was allergic to oak and not cedar, but the testing charts clearly show cedar. Which great! Living in Texas during February is SOOOO much fun. I recently went back to the ENT to primarily focus on my allergies. I was wheezing terribly and wanted to see what I could do with that. Instead as soon as I sit down they decide to charge me and do a tube up my nose to check my sinuses. Excuse me? I didn't want to pay, but I figured, maybe this was a reason for my wheezing? So, I went through with it again... and the PA came in and once I told her how I've been feeling and what I've been doing (Netty when I need it, allergy meds they prescribed years ago and nasal spray when needed, along with the emergency inhaler they gave me) I got an absolute SCOLDING from the PA. She was extremely rude and told me that I needed to be on the Netty twice a day and prescribed me antibiotics and a daily use inhaler (which is the only thing that's helped so far) along with keeping off the foods I'm allergic to, because its safe (which these foods have never given me a reaction to begin with). The PA recommended I go see the general practitioner so I did. I was a little upset with the way I was treated that first visit and was debating about going back. After seeing the general practitioner they told me to see an actual allergist that specializes in allergies and asthma. Because low and behold I now have undiagnosed asthma. They also told me that I have an upper respiratory infection plus all the other allergies. So, they prescribed me with more meds and I felt better after a z-pack. They also told me that staying away from the foods is good, because if I eat it then I get inflamed. (which I have been doing and feel 100% better). An entire week went by and I go back for a follow up with the ENT. I sit down and talk to the PA again about my visit with the general practitioner and she literally starts getting mad about me going to an allergist. She tells me that everything they've done could be messed up, and theres no need to go to one. I was a little shocked at her unprofessional behavior about it, considering she was the one that told me to go. When I went to the general practitioner they told me to clean out my ears differently because it really hurt, and the PA for ENT straight up looked in my ear and told me not to touch my ears that what they said was wrong. She then asked how I was feeling, I told her not too great, still really tired, having a hard time breathing, and having headaches still. Her response? "After everything I gave you, and you are still telling me you feel this way?" in a really condescending tone. It was intimidating and hurtful, because I'm just a patient looking for help. She put me on another round of stronger antibiotics (which haven't done crap for me) and told me to go get a CT scan for my sinuses (which all this felt more like a demand). After scheduling a physical and going to meet with an allergist, I have determined that I will no longer be going to this practice. Word of advice for anyone that goes here... have a backbone, because the PA is all you're going to see and she's rude and will scold you. Seriously, you will never EVER see the doctor. They overcharge for a ridiculous amount and make you do things that have nothing to do with what your symptoms are. I didn't need a CT scan, I'm sure now that the headaches are from my own personal health and not sinuses. Needless to say, find another practice, this one is not worth your time, they don't help with anything and DEFINITELY overcharge you and do ridiculous things that you didn't even come in for. read more

Dr. Gilliam was great with my Mother. She took her time with her and explained what was happening with her ears. Great staff very kind and professional!! I made an appointment for my son because I was highly impressed with Dr. Gilliam. I would highly recommend Dr. Gilliam if you are looking for an ENT specialist. There are not enough words to say how much I love this place. Dr Gilliam is amazing at what she does. She has been caring for my son since he was three and has always gone over and beyond to make sure he is well taken care of. My son has definetly not been easy to treat nor diagnose, but through it all Dr Gilliam has been there. If it weren't for her honesty, expertise and love of her job my son would have never been diagnosed correctly. She is an angel to my son. Dr. Gilliam is smart but her office has experience ALOT of turnover in personnel and seems to be in perpetual confusion and overload. I had surgery and am waiting to heal but there were alot of holes in the information provided about what-to-expect, the pre-op process was a nightmare and the post-op procedures were so badly written it took three of us to decipher. read more

I was not happy with my service there. I felt that the customer service changed after my and my son's surgeries were done. I could only see the PA. I was misadvised by the PA multiple times so I did not want to be seen by her anymore. After I complained multiple times and escalated, the Dr. gave special permission so that I could see her directly without having to go through the PA first. However, once I saw the Dr. I was told directly by the doctor that she could not guarantee that I would not see the PA. I didn't mind waiting for appts. on a different day or time until the Dr. Was available, and even then she told me directly that she couldn't guarantee that I would not be scheduled with the PA. Let's say I was disappointed and I moved my services elsewhere. read more

I too was given antibiotics, x-rays, and scope to determine if my acid reflux was related to sinus drainage. When Dr. Gilliam entered the exam room one hour late, she asked me what I was there for.? I told her she ordered x-rays and a scope for my acid reflux. She seemed to not remember what I was there for and that tests had already been run. So strange. She quickly reviewed the x-rays while I was sitting there and said I had a deviated septum. I pressed her for an assessment of my acid reflux and she looked confused. This was a complete waste of time and my stomach has never been right since my appointment a year ago. In fact, I went to another doctor who did a check of my gut bacteria and she found that I had 0% Lactobacillus, and the bad bacteria was taking over causing lots of other issues and infections. I am on an aggressive regimen of double doses of Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes to try to get my gut flora healthy again. I would never ever ever go back to a doctor who gives antibiotics to a patient who doesn't have an infection merely for the purpose of "getting a good x-ray" as she explained.
