I was so excited that Larchmont opened because it's closest to me. Firstly, it's not in Larchmont. It's definitely in South East Hollywood. Not a nice area. There is also nowhere to park. The whole area is just covered with food delivery cars with their hazards on and nowhere to park in a very sketchy area. As a woman, I felt nervous parking so far at night to walk over to get my food. The facility itself has zero customer service, just screens and lockers. Secondly, the order was ready late, after already a 40 minute ETA, It took an additional 10 minutes! That's nearly an hour, when the wait at other locations is typically 20 minutes. And you get to interact with actual people with smiling faces. Lastly, the portions were terrible. Almost no rice with the salmon bowl (about a third of the usual serving), and the second salmon filet that I ordered was tiny (literally half the size of the other filet)! Not worth the extra money I paid at all. The pepperoni on the pots pizza was not the small pot-shaped pepperoni that is advertised and that we love. The curry chicken spring rolls also didn't taste as fresh. This is one of our usual orders, so we know what it should taste like. I was just wildly disappointed. Not sure I'll go back to this location unless I know it's improved.
