They did thousands of $ of fuel injector and wiring harness work and finally cleared the code (CEL). 500 miles later, the CEL comes back on. I call and tell them the situation, and they're happy to schedule an appointment for me. I ask about their warranty on their work, and the service guy say "he has to check," which I force him to do. Seconds later he's back telling me they only warranty to the "original owner." The "original owner/customer" is a dealer who resold the truck immediately. SO, they DON'T actually warranty their work, do they??? And they really just wanted me to schedule service so they could make more money on their failed repairs to this vehicle. Am I going to take this truck to a shop that doesn't stand behind their work? And one that had to see the truck 3 times before they actually fixed it... AND it's still not fixed? Do yourself a favor and take your truck somewhere else. Wentworth is a much better option IMO. Look at their 5 other google reviews with no details and make your own informed decision about the quality of this dealer.

However, due to all the recent ice and snow apparently AAA services are way behind schedule and are not towing from Portland to Vancouver, as that is "out of area". We were advised that we could pay for a tow and AAA would reimburse us. I immediately looked on Yelp, as other Yelpers reviews always make a difference. This is how I found Affordable Towing and Transport. Based on the reviews of great service, I called and like the others had an intermediate response. I explained the situation with my 78-year-old mother needing to get her car towed from SE Portland to North of Battleground, WA. Tom let me know that he had a current car on his truck, but could make it to my mothers location in a reasonable amount of time and transport her and her car safely home. This was wonderful as I was still at home in Vancouver, but was reassured that she would be taken care of and I would not need to drive down there to her location. (Mom was safe and sound as she'd been visiting my handicapped sister.) When he showed up, he said that it sounded like she had a dead battery. However a local do-gooder said that he had already tried to jump her car and to him it seemed like the starter. So Tom loaded up the car and took my mom to her home north of Battleground. It turns out Tom was completely correct in his assessment. My mother had left her car lights on for over 40 minutes and the car battery had died. How many tow truck drivers would have diagnosed an issue that would not require a tow? I am ever so impressed with that level of customer service! As it was now rush-hour traffic, my mother and Tom had a wonderful conversation on the long drive to her home. She simply cannot say enough good things about this wonderful man. And her housemate was also extremely impressed, as Tom was concerned about the neighbors and had even turned off his truck lights while dropping off her car. The housemate also asked for Tom's card for whenever he needs a tow, as he has a bunch of kids who love working on cars. It is such a blessing to have a man like this out on the roads helping others. With a kind heart and thoughtfulness towards others, I would consider him the one to hire whenever I also should need a tow of any kind. Please do give him your business, as he is the sole owner and operator. This is the kind of small company we should all be supporting!

I let him know who I am and what car trouble I'm having and asked if they were open until 6:00pm. The guy on the phone asked me to bring my car in at 5:00pm which I did but when I got there the place was fenced off. I called them again but my call was forwarded. I wish he'd have been honest so I could have found somewhere else to go. Places are closed on Sunday so now I have to wait until tomorrow (Monday) to take it to a mechanic.

It being summertime and temperatures rising, it was getting brutal making longer trips comfortably. I had already called up other shops prior to coming here, but they all wanted to charge me $100+ just to *diagnose* the problem. That didn't feel right. When I called 3R Division, I was able to speak to Victor. He was very friendly and was able to confirm that they'd be able to diagnose the issue without charging me. When I arrived at the shop, all promises were kept. They were able to diagnose for free. It turns out my AC system was fine and it was a small motor that had died. Without the motor working, the vent to allow cold air wasn't opening. The pricing was very fair and Victor was super helpful in person just as he was over the phone. Called at 430 to the main office and we had to set an appointment. Main office said nothing about an additional $50 fee, the guy charged it a gate fee because it was going to take him 25 minutes to arrive, which put it after 5pm business hours. Basically you have to have an appointment and be out of the yard by 430 or they steal more money from you. Their sign has a vulture on it, which matches their garbage delaminated trailer office.
