They spent more time try to sell add ons instead focusing on what you have already requested. And they take 10 mins of your massage time to change clothes. And to go over said paper work. But you're asked to come 15mins before so you can do all that. So you're not really getting what you pay for. 10/10 would not recommend. They don't even offer you water after your massage just go to the front and pay.
