I called once in 2013 around December to use it but I also never received a phone call back. I recently found the groupon again and wanted to use it. I called 2x and never received a phone call back. I decided to actually drive by the location on Monday November 30, they are closed on Mondays. I went today Dec 1 since they are open and no one answered the door. I called again and left a message on the machine. So far I have called 3x in 2015 to book an appointment and no one has called me back. I feel I have wasted my money on this groupon. I see great reviews on Yelp but am unable to get an answer from anyone who works here. I wanted to come here because it is so close to my house but I am so disappointed on the lack of professionalism and follow up. Why hasn't anyone called me back? I don't even want to go anymore, I am just going to get my money back from groupon because I am tired on trying to chase this business for their services. I wrote the initial review on top and received a rude message from the owner (On the screenshot below). Regardless of how much I spent on the groupon I am still a customer, a paying customer. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service. I have never met Monica but she lacks the skill set for a successful business owner because she refuses to admit her fault. She doesn't return phone calls. I read another 2 reviews saying the same thing. I only wish I read the reviews before wasting my time and money (how ever much I spend). Even if there was an appointment option on the website, why do you have a business phone if you don't answer or return phone calls? I actually wanted to see if my groupon works and if it didn't, I would have paid for the services. Furthermore, I am still shocked by her response. It amazes me how someone can lack the skill of servicing others while working in the service industry. If she only sent a note explaining why she hasn't returned my calls or a simple apology. I would have re-written the review and I'd be a returning customer if she meet my expectations. But..Monica couldn't do that because clearly she cannot admit her fault. The worst part is my review is staying up on Yelp along with Monica's response for whomever to see.

I wouldn't go to any other aesthetician for such a procedure. I trust Violet: she knows my skin. You can get the most out of her services by visiting regularly, because she refines her treatments as she gets to know your skin and how it reacts. I especially appreciate patronizing a woman-owned business. Violet owns the salon and her services are affordable: She offers excellent value for the price. I have had $90 peels where the aesthetician just basically put the chemicals on my face and I was out the door. Not Violet: Her peel includes a full facial, including pore extractions. A note on extractions: On a first or second visit, extraction of deeply-clogged pores can be a bit painful, but after the first or second facial, it becomes much more comfortable because the pores are clearer and skin becomes more resilient. It's worth it to tolerate the initial discomfort. I've never ended up with zits after one of Violet's facials, which I've experienced at other spa salons. My skin looks great, even right after a peel. Violet closely monitors the process of a chemical peel so that you get the full benefit with the least possible reaction. For me, I experience a little skin tightness right after the treatment and light peeling on the 3rd or 4th day, like after a mild sunburn, but for me, it's a mild treatment that significantly improves skin quality and appearance. If you've been afraid to try a chemical peel, fear not: Violet is the best! She'll take good care of you and your skin. Her facials are great, too. . . especially for clogged pores. . .but for long-term benefit of aging skin, I highly recommend regular chemical peels at Spa Vie.
