I arrived on time to the building and was having a bit of trouble finding the salon. I called and texted Lesley and got no response. Then 10-15 mins after my appointment was supposed to start, she texted me she had just gotten in a fender bender. I understand that life happens and that things come up, but the way the situation was handled was horrible. She completely wasted my time and I had to pay $15 for parking for a service I did not even get. The business owner is completely unprofessional and I can't imagine this place staying open much longer with the way she runs things. I'm confused as to why she was driving to the salon right before an appointment instead of getting there early to set up and I genuinely can not believe she waited until I got there and waited 15 minutes into my appointment time to tell me she could not do the service. All it takes is a text to let someone know that something changed. I did not reschedule with her because why would I waste my time again. Thank you Groupon for refunding me.
