I understand that she has recently been promoted to store manager and her efforts to make things right exceeded anyone's normal expectations. I don't know if the shoes were discontinued or what but they were not able to find a replacement; but E wound up with a different pair of shoes that likes equally as much. Stop in and see Morgan. She has skills when it comes to working with people. Always pleasant, never pushy or rude and absolutely respectful. Not too common these days.

I've been into the store, I'm given the same runaround of "I'm new and can't help but I'll leave your number". Never hear another word from them. They dragged it out long enough making me think they'd fix the problem, so that I could not file anything with my credit card for fraud. Very disappointed in the amount of money I had spent there the last couple years and the amount of money I spent on this couch to have been scammed in this shady dealing with them.
