Delta cxld my flight and they stuck me with everywhere car service it took them 55 min to get to the airport and after all that waiting driver tell me he has to pickup more people and drop me last I was the one got picked up first with that BS. Police pull him over at the departure come My driver took 30 minutes to get to JFK, first off, and I was headed to Newark Airport. He managed to take a round-about way up the Van Wyck over to the Long Island Expressway (495 W), and cheaped out by not taking the Midtown Tunnel which was traffic-free. Instead, he made his way over the Williamsburg Bridge and stuck us into 20 min of traffic on Delancey, and all the while, listening to 1010 WINS news coverage that the Holland had a 20-30 min backup, still managed to get into the traffic jam there and we waited for 40 min to get into the Holland. When I asked why he didn't take the Lincoln Tunnel, which was clear and no delays according to 1010 WINS, he said he "didn't know how to get to the airport from there". Are you serious? A driver that doesn't know the main roads in and out of the area to the airports? He could've taken the Lincoln to 1&9 South, completely empty of traffic. Not only does he skimp on a toll road to get over to traffic-filled lanes, he doesn't pay attention to traffic, and he slows for everything... driving 40 on the Pulaski Skyway (the limit is 50), and he takes 22 minutes to get from the Holland Tunnel over to the Newark Airport. I take 12 minutes normally, and that's with heavier traffic than he faced. In the end, he took 2.5 hours for what normally takes me 45 minutes to get from JFK to Newark. Horrible. The only saving grace on not getting a 0 on this was that I didn't have to pay. Someone else had to fork over the money for this terrible ride.to find out that he is not legal to pick is up it was a gipsy cab and he got arrested and we all complained to delta first they said maybe we all got into wrong cab I could be wrong shat about the other family's. The person who put us in the cab was standing their so we told the agent she said that is JP. Week friends if that happened to in future do not take everywhere voucher from delta ask them to give you different cab company. read more

go to Brooklyn often and always reserve Everywhere Car Service for my ride from JFK to my home in Queens. They have never failed me - always on time and I know what it is going to cost since it's a flat rate. Taxis from JFK to Brooklyn run on a meter (unlike taxis into Manhattan) so you never know what it's going to cost due to traffic conditions. With Everywhere Car Sefvice, I already know what the fare will be and their rates are super reasonable. (just took Everywhere Car  from JFK to Park Slope, almost an hour drive for $38). You can reserve them probably by calling the base; you give them your flight info and they are usually there in the cell lot when you land. The driver was polite and friendly and so does the dispatcher who attended my call. During this process we ended up forgetting my purse in which I had my phones and money and cards. Later when I called the dispatcher and told him about my problem, he contacted the driver keeping me on hold for few mins and asked the driver to go back to me. The driver reached my place in about 5 mins so that I could not miss my flight. Overall it was a great experience with Everywhere car service . The airlines booked our car service and they came to the airport in the middle of the night to pick us up. Thank goodness for their 24 hour service. Our driver was cordial, professional, and friendly. He knew exactly what hotel the airline had booked us into and that gave me a great deal of confidence in this difficult time. I appreciated his clean car, his professional manner, and him explaining what we needed to do to get our ride back to the airport the next day. Need a quick ride to Manhattan. Called everywhere and asked them the estimate time it would take me to go from Richmond hill to city. The dispatcher was really nice and seemed like knew what he was saying. My car came within 6 minutes and I was so surprised because they're located on hillside Jamaica side and i was here in ozone park. The car came and first thing noticed was the car. I had to take 4 people with lots of luggage to the airport, one of which is wheelchair bound and 2 senior citizens. The dispatcher worked with me to get 2 cars from Queens Village to JFK for a very reasonable rate of $70 total (one car was an SUV the other a Camry). The 2 car drivers arrived 8 minutes early, helped with all the bags, were patient, super kind and stayed together in a caravan to the airport with ease. Glad my roommate suggested Everywhere Car Service, when I was about to uber to JFK airport. As an avid uber user, I was a bit skeptical at first because when I called to request a car at 7:23am, the rep only asked for my address and didn't inform me what car or when it will be picking me up. I've ordered cars in advance for very early morning flight (i.e., 4 am) and the cars were always on time; in fact, they're usually a few minutes early. The cars are quite clean and comfortable. I used a voucher from Delta Airlines at 2 AM to catch a ride from LaGuardia to JFK. The driver was very polite and made my daughter and I feel comfortable by conversing with us on the way. The vehicle was very well cared for.
