Out of everyone at the service center, Homer was the only person who took the initiative to approach me and ask if I needed assistance. What's even more impressive is that he was not my assigned Service Advisor and wasn't responsible for helping me that day. Ross was the most expedient response, had the best price and was quick with answers. He clearly had done many of these installs and new all the important points, including getting the proper permits from the City of Burbank, which can be persnickety. I was especially concerned because it was a very high capacity charger. He confirmed with me that the quote he gave me covered what I needed. I secured the job with his company, he arrived on time and ready to go. He and his crew knocked out the work in just a couple hours, with excellent craftsmanship. He had the inspector from City of Burbank out within a couple days, and the inspector signed off on the work immediately. Ross and his crew were verly nice, and cleaned up well after themselves. I highly recommend his services.
