Huge parking lot. Showroom , collusion and service center. Big operation. Had an appointment and it was seamless. Service advisors were friendly. Bathrooms and a waiting room. Coffee , tea and water. WiFi. As well. Would return.

Went to try out some teslas. Staff was really nice, walked us through the process, and let us test drive a Tesla for about 30 mins on our own. We got to experience a new Tesla model and tried all the features, and then we were walked through the buying process. We did not end up buying one but were explained all steps properly, and the staff was kind to us. The showroom is huge, and they have every model available here in this big parking lot that used to belong to Kmart. How I miss Kmart. Overall the service given to us was great, and we were won over as Tesla fans and hope we can buy a model soon.

Lavazza drinks. They also had iced teas.

We had great service and nothing took too long. Had to have maintenance on camera in front. Also picked up a key card and ordered a new wheel cover. There are a lot of seats in the waiting lounge plus snacks and drinks, all complimentary. Also private rooms to work if you have to stay for a bit. Lots of parking.

Needed to resolve something at services and drove in, parked right away and was at the service check in. Estaiban checked me in. Checking in was a breeze. Pretty cool location. There was a Tesla robot in the check in area. It did not assist us lol. Got everything done and pickup was fast. Basically walked in and walked out. Staff was friendly and service was great. Thank you!

Called this morning and spoke to Anthony. I needed to have my tires rotated and wanted to know if I needed an appt. You do not need an appt for tire rotation. Appt is an hour. $65 bucks. Walking in I was greeted by Eddie. He took care of me and checked me in. He said if I wanted to demo any cars while I wait that I'm more than welcome to. So guess what I did... I demoed two cars. Thank you Eddie! :-) I walked over to the showroom that is adjacent to where you wait for service and Ando took me out for a demo and explained how to work things before I drove off on my own. He was really nice. I drove the new model Y and (the brand new color frost blue metallic) model X. Wow wow wee wow!!!!! They were both really nice. Model Y upgraded to ventilated seats and a light strip which I loved both new features. The model X that I drove was EXQUISITE! New color frost blue metallic. I wouldn't say it was metallic, but was gorgeous and I was blown away! Just amazing! The drive was different, the best, and smooth. Incredible car! Expensive! My car was ready at the time promised. Customer service was nice... No complaints. I walked in at a good time and walked out after an hour. The test drive of both cars really made my time go by fast. That was a really good idea... Thank you, Eddie and staff at Tesla NoHo!

I brought my 2024 Tesla Model X in for service at the North Hollywood location due to a tear in the passenger seat leather. This is not the first time I've had this issue, as Thousand Oaks Tesla previously replaced the driver's seat. At first, Efain told me it was not replaced, then after I pushed back he found the record and said it was replaced due to squeaking. That inconsistency set the tone for the entire visit. Efain told me the current repair would not be covered without even inspecting the vehicle. He said he would check with the manager, John, but came back saying it was denied without anyone actually looking at it. He also stated "this is why we are not making this vehicle anymore," which is not an acceptable response to someone who paid over $100,000 for a car. When I explained the entire car has squeaking and creaking, I was again told that's why the Model X is no longer being made. Yet the one seat they claim is "fine" is the passenger seat with the torn, poor quality leather. I reported multiple squeaks and clicking noises in what is essentially a brand new, garage kept vehicle. Some issues were not addressed because I was so frustrated with how I was being treated. Instead of resolving concerns, I was repeatedly told these problems are normal. I was also told I only had a 1 year warranty for these concerns, which contradicts the expected 4 year warranty. There was visible rubbing from the falcon wing doors and I was told scratching and squeaking are normal. I do not recall agreeing to accept defects like this when purchasing a luxury vehicle. To be fair, the rattling from the front end was fixed. However, even that was communicated in a way that made it feel like a favor rather than a standard repair. The service experience itself was unacceptable. The loaner vehicle was given to me at 19 percent charge, and I was asked if I wanted it charged after it was already brought out. I had to go out of my way and wait to charge it myself. The loaner was also extremely dirty and unsanitary, with what appeared to be boogers on the screen. When I picked up my own vehicle, the white interior seats and armrests were stained with what looked like black grease or oil. I have photos documenting this. Overall, I felt dismissed and disrespected. My concerns were treated as if they were unreasonable instead of being properly addressed. This is not the level of service you expect when purchasing a vehicle at this price point. I hope Tesla improves the service experience at this location.

Formerly a K mart this large location has a service dept, sales showroom and will include eventually a full-service body shop. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. I made the hike here from Whittier which is over an hour drive to view the new Tesla Model Y Juniper. This is 1 of 3 locations that have it on display in the U.S. currently. I placed my order last Friday online and expect delivery in March. The Launch edition packaged Juniper includes all wheel drive, special edition emblems, color of your choice for the exterior, White or black interior, tow bar, full self-driving, Power boost, and 20"upgraded rims & Michelin EV tires. Included on the refreshed model Y Juniper is a redesigned body, chassis, rear passenger entertainment screen, electric fold down rear seats, laminated glass, Improved top glass to resist heat, ventilated seats, ambient lighting, upgraded sound system, and lastly a refined interior. Tesla has set the mark even higher with the #1 selling car in the world! Come check it out.

Today at the Tesla North Hollywood Collision Center, Aidan provided exceptional, customer‑focused service. Clear explanations, prompt updates, and a stress‑free process from check‑in to finish. The workmanship is outstanding and I felt genuinely cared for throughout. If you're in the area, I highly recommend asking for Aidan for collision repairs.

"Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Completely Disorganized" Tesla's service experience has been nothing short of terrible. I booked my collision center appointment months in advance because there is only ONE Tesla Collision Center within 50 miles of me. On the very day of my appointment, their rep (Nate) started calling me, asking me to come on a different day. I politely explained that I took the day off work specifically for this appointment and could not reschedule. Instead of respecting my time, Nate pressed further, asking me to come within an hour. I reminded him it takes me 2.5-3 hours to drive there, and that's why I booked a specific time slot. His response? He questioned my personal schedule and told me, "If you took the day off, why can't you come early?" That's not only unprofessional--it's invasive. Minutes later, I received another call threatening that if I came at my original appointment time, I would not get a loaner vehicle. Then, without my consent, Tesla pushed my appointment out by almost a month in the app. This is unacceptable and disrespectful to customers who plan their time, money, and work schedules around these appointments. I have to ask management--why have an appointment system if Tesla can simply change it at will? Why treat customers like they should adjust their lives around your scheduling failures? The way they treated me, I must say Tesla's robots are great but humans are terrible. They wasted my time, cost me a day's wages, and treated me with complete disregard.

    Dent on brand new vehicle

I didn't authorize any additional credit checks. While I was waiting for Tesla to provide a replacement vehicle after I refused delivery of a damaged car, Tesla canceled my financing agreement without my authorization and ran my credit multiple times. When I requested copies of the original agreement I signed, Tesla refused to provide them. I still do not have the vehicle, Tesla still has my money, my credit has been negatively impacted, and I have been unable to obtain basic documentation regarding my transaction. There is no clear point of contact and no accountability. The lack of communication, transparency, and customer service has been extremely frustrating. This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever had. Disgusting way to treat customers.

Took delivery of my third Tesla here at Tesla North Hollywood, great walk through with Zachary. He's very helpful and patient. Even offered to take pictures for me!

Like these are one way aisles pretty much unless you are a California size -1. I'm all fat and cranky so parking is the biggest concern of mine and I actually googled which is the airline with the least hassle free parking and this one came up and it's true. There is 90 minute free parking and it's not exactly simple. You have to get a ticket and then you may be double parking someone inside and you have to give some people your keys so if they have to move your car you can't they can. They held onto my keys but did not move my car so I didn't tip them. I wasn't expecting to tip when I went to a grocery store. There's more than one business in the plaza so I think they're employed by them so just be prepared with that and have cash on hand. I did not get the Hailey Bieber smoothie although I was tempted. I've heard mixed reviews and I know it's very expensive and I did not want to spend that kind of money on a smoothie. I didn't like. I did end up getting a bottled peanut butter smoothie and that one cost $14 and it was really delicious. It tasted healthy, but it was really good. I also got some vanilla chai crisps that are in the back corner by the freezer section and those are delicious as well. Those were $6.99 for a bag and honestly, I thought that was reasonable. I did get a strawberry cream dessert. It's all natural and I think vegan or something or other. I don't know. It was really good, from the few bites I had I was going to save it and it melted in my car so hopefully it will taste good tomorrow even if it's not in the shape originally was. I also got some Keylime and Meyer lemon tarts. I tried the lemon one they should be refrigerated which I did not know until I tried to eat them. The lemon one was good. I have not tried the lime one yet. I ended up spending $44 on five items. I just went there to say I've gone there. Would I go there regularly if there was one available to me probably not but I would go occasionally. It just seems now that it's a lot of content creators or people who want to see content creators, or people we're just going there is a tourist. I can't imagine anyone doing their weekly shopping here.

The prices are more than a bit over-the-top (ugly). Whoever designed this store deserves a smack-down. The aisles are so small you have to shimmy past people. And if you are shopping with a cart, good luck to you. Legit the most baffling design choices I've ever seen. This is an example of design that actually effects the shopping experience in a BAD WAY. Total head scratcher. Whoever designed the parking lot for the entire complex is an absolute idiot. If you need to get your cart to your car, there are several issues depending on what area you park in. First up, upon exiting the store there is a curb with no visible ramp so you have to cart-jump the curb to get down to the street level to your car. Then there is a raised planter between parking and the store so that if you are on the other side of it, you have to cart-jump the curb again. Seriously? Total failure in design on both the store and the parking. But hey - 90 minutes free parking so that's a plus. $16 for a smoothie is a little excessive for sure. Was it good? Yes. That said, while I'm happy to pay more for a great selection of organic fruits and veggies, the smoothies aren't that different from one I could make at home or get somewhere else of the same quality but for less. So if you are on a budget or just resent paying $16 for a smoothie on principal, I suggest focusing on your favorite, good stuff at Erewhon which for me is the fruits / vegetables and their outstanding selection of health / beauty products and their prepared food. from the beauty section, I got something called EVERYTHNG OIL based on the recommendation of one of the staff and it is a GREAT product -- truly my skin is transformed -- well worth the $. I also discovered a yoghurt there that I love -- Painterland Sisters -- but I now buy it at Sprouts as it is cheaper there. The prepared food selection is great! Vegan dessert selection - hallelujah! And I'm a big fan of all their vegan options actually - great stuff. I like that they give you a credit for every glass bottle you bring back -- not a small one either. $2 for each bottle! That brings down the cost of those fresh juices I love so I'll take it!! :) So spend some time finding your favorite stuff - this is a place to pick up a couple of things -- not do ALL your grocery shopping. First of all, you don't want a cart in this place -- too hard to navigate. But also, a full shop at Erewhon is 3 times what any other store would cost. But they do have some very excellent products so worth it for those things IMHO but not for EVERYTHING. Also, try to choose a time to go when it's not packed. the store is claustrophobic when full.
