They filed an eviction for us and put the wrong dates on the paperwork. When the tenants answered they had to dismiss the case because of their error. They state that there are no refunds. Do not use this service! Evictionforce....hmm.  Best way to describe it?  Misinformed about evictions. Robert sounds great at first point of contact.  Shortly after you pay him your $895.00, he slowly vanishes without much communication with you. To his credit, he does return phone calls. But he will lead you down that fox hole of hope and then kind of disappear. My eviction was filed by his office with a few errors which had to be corrected. Further to his credit, he made the corrections and amended the filing with the court. Now! When my court case for eviction finally happened he never found me a lawyer to represent me in court as he promised. To be fair, I beleive he tries hard to get it right but maybe he is still learning the eviction process??? Idk. Proceed with caution!!! Needless to say, he swore to me that he'd find me a lawyer but I was in court alone trying to explain my case to a judge!! Basically, I lost and now I have to start over. Painful!! read more

This is my second time using Eviction Force, I am very pleased with the service and results. Robert is very helpful, knowledgeable and got the job done. He answered all my questions and responded in timely manner. We started the eviction process for my tenant in September and he suggested to start a small claim right away if I want to, so we can serve the tenant before she moves out. Don't make the mistake I made with this guy/liar. On first contact promised everything I wanted him to do. Charged big money. Paid him $1240. After my credit card bank paid him, he stopped responding to phone calls and/or emails. He did not do anything of what he had promised. After wasting a lot of time, I finally asked him to return the money. Of course, he did not return. I had to waste more time with my bank explaining what he did. Bank requested an explanation from him. He did not respond to any of the requests from the bank to explain. After a lot of time wasted with him, with the bank and loss of rent for not getting eviction done, all I got was my money back from the bank. i.e. reverse charge on credit card. I would suggest trying to do your court proceedings yourself if you are willing and save your money. I felt alone during most of the process and had to do most of the checking in and follow ups. My tenants were behind 2 months rent before I reached out to this company. Robert was very helpful and informative from the very first time we spoke to the very end of our case. He is very professional and knows what he's talking about. He answered every question I had, either via telephone or by email in a timely matter, and never lost his patience. They wasted no time; filled out paperwork, went to court, and my tenants were served; all the very next day. Unfortunately, my tenants contested after they were served, so a trial was scheduled by the court within 3 weeks and that is what took the longest. We continued with Roberts' services for trial and he filled out all the documents needed for court, held mediation, and guided me through the trial the entire time.
