Probably the best customer service I've ever had from a movie theater. A visited Evo Creekside a few weeks ago and during the movie the fire alarm went off. Of course it was a false alarm but I appreciated the response to get everyone out and make sure it was safe. We missed the ending of our movie but we were provided passes for our next trip and free popcorn. Overall, it was a great experience on how to handle emergency situations and maintain professionalism, quality, and courtesy. I highly recommend you visit this location. read more

This is our second year renting out a theatre for a family Christmas gift and it was so fun! The nieces and nephews love that we are alone in the theatre and they can get up to walk around when they are antsy, we got to pick a movie, either what is out or bring your own, we picked something that was already out but considered bringing our own. Our concierge Jaida was amazing. Attentive, checked on us often, and so sweet. The food is just ok, but the popcorn, candy, and soda are always a hit. We plan to do this every year! Worst popcorn, old candy and slurpees are solid. Very behind in times for a movie theater. Comfy chairs.

Seats need replacing. Bathrooms need serious updating. Get rid of the cattle loading chute during the daytime for moving concession line. Lastly, more security is needed, especially with making sure exit doors are locked. Sometimes, there is no one even monitoring who enters/leaves theaters. Pallets have been observed stacked in the main dark hallway going to theater for people to trip over. Yikes!!! read more

I went on Saturday morning and enjoyed the recline seats and cleanliness. It was not at all crowded. The snack bar has a very limited menu: hot dogs. Nachos, popcorn and candy. I did see a kiosk selling alcoholic drinks. They do not have in seat service. read more

I love this place. It's just casual and fun. I went to other cinemas and they try to be fancy and something they're not, but Creekside is my old reliable. The staff is polite, the seats are nice. It's in a good area so you can get dinner and go shopping next door. If you struggle with anxiety and are using the theatre to get out of the house or are just not wanting to deal with too many people, this is it. Just get the ticket online, show the person at the little stand, and your good to go. If you have hearing impairments, they have closed captions on some films and you don't need to talk to staff if you get the ticket online. read more

Overall good. Seats are comfortable and recline. Refills on bucket of popcorn and large soda, although have never been able go get refills, I'm too stuffed to. I usually go to matinees on Sunday for the reduced admission. read more

Nice small theatre with recliners. Theatre was clean and perfect to watch The Color Purple! Comfortable temperature, ample seats, space for your drink, and snacks on the tray table. Only 4 rows of seats made it intimate. My only complaint, front row seats were occupied by a couple young women with a toddler and another kid around 7-8, the toddler ran in the rows by the screen and the older child, chased the kid around, she was wearing a huge bow on her hair and stood frequently to chase the toddler. This caused an interpretation due to her being in front of the movie. I complained to staff, and someone came in but never did anything about it. It was annoying, and the movie was too lengthy for an active toddler. Bathrooms were clean, although there weren't any paper towels, and soap dispensers were empty. The popcorn was fresh and crunchy, and they served Mr. Pibb! Free refill on large popcorn and the drink. Great prices, too. read more

I actually find it bizarre reading all the negative reviews regarding the quality of "hot meals" at the old movie theater! The tickets are very cheap, all of the seats are full recliners with side tables. Very comfortable, very affordable and very clean. The staff is where they lose a star. People seem like they were thrown into their job duties straight from a different planet without any sense of time. Highly recommend just grabbing popcorn and a drink and call it good in terms of concessions. There are tons of food options around that plaza and you can either grab something before the movie or after. Check out their summer movies for $1! read more

We walked into the movie 10 minutes before our movie started and I started sweating within minutes. This may be the hottest movie theatre I've ever been to. It almost felt like they didn't have the air conditioning on. I did appreciate that the seats reclined, but they're not built for anyone with large hips because the reclining buttons are easy to press with them. Prices were pretty standard for a movie theatre, the sound quality was good, and the movie quality was good. read more

Lots of variety and the place was big and location and parking was excellent. The bowling was timed something that I didn't like. I was not told when bowling times started 10 min after purchase. I went to use the bathroom and ordered food. By the time we started bowling ( I paid for 1 hour) I only had 30 min left. I thought the time started when we started bowling. So I ordered a drink from the menu they tell me they don't have it so I then order another they don't have IT either so then I order something else and they tell me we don't have it frozen just on the Rocks so that's 3 times they don't have something that is being advertised on the menu so I and up ordering a classic marg and the person who is serving me can't even get the margarita out of the frozen marg machine cause it's just too frozen so she's at least trying to get it and to fill the glass mind you the manager some over to her and she changes out the plastic cup to a smaller cup and tells me she had the wrong cup WOW ! Such such bad service and bad management I will not be coming back I live here in NB and that's n embarrassment to this town . I don't know where to start. First they no longer have kiosks that you can buy tickets. You have to do this at the concession, The online ticket purchasing is no longer supported at this location. The general cleanliness is so bad. Our theater was still dirty from the movie before. The swivel tables on the chairs were sticky and dirty, many of the chairs were ripped and dirty. Floors had food and spilled drinks. But the worst was the bathrooms. They smelled horrible. Urinals and toilets that haven't been cleaned thoroughly in ages. The lobby is a mess. They had plastic garbage bags covering signage etc. I even mentioned some of this to a guy who said he was the manager and he said that no one cares. read more

I have to say I was extremely disappointed with our experience at Creekside Cinema 14 in New Braunfels Texas. After spending $50 between tickets and concession stand goodies we had to deal with a dirty theater, Torn To Shreds seats, broken seats and nasty ass restrooms. I would have photographed the restrooms as well but there were other people in there and I didn't want to seem like a weirdo LOL. we rarely ever see movies at the theater however we do quite often stop and get popcorn to take with us to the driving down the road. If I'm being honest none of the experiences we have had at Creekside have ever really been good but this particular visit had to be the absolute worst yet. *Poor *Decent *Good *great *Best *JLFoodie Certified Food. Good Service. Good Cleanliness. Poor Value. My purse was stolen from my car in the Creekside Cinema's parking lot yesterday afternoon 9/17/23. When I reported this to the Manager her only reply was, "That happens more than you'd think." Not only was that of no help, it let me know that they know this is a chronic problem and they have done nothing to fix it. read more

After posting about our very disappointing visit regarding the lack of cleanliness of this business, their Business Manager made a reply post asking me to teach out to her. I did twice. Never heard back from her on either method of contact. Apparently the lack of toilet paper, hand soap and clean toilet seats is not of concern to them. This lack of care is more than unacceptable. Especially, with them serving drinks & food. Let alone the rampant spread of communicable diseases possible. Neither me, my family, and quickly growing list of friends and neighbors will go to this location. We will drive the extra miles to go elsewhere. read more

I visited this theater to watch Zola. I saw it was listed as an EVO theater so i was expecting it to be like the EVO in Schertz. It was definitely just a normal traditional theater where you buy your food before the movie. Their not set up like the EVO in schertz where they service you in the movie. Although you have to get your own food, i will say they keep it clean. The bathrooms and theatre are clean and matinee is $7 (you can't beat that) the workers are friendly. It's just in a heavily congested area because it's like the whole town of New Braunfels shops in that area. read more

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Also no one checked our tickets when we walked through so I could've just not paid $20 for tickets and just rolled through for free. It's obvious that it's run by a bunch of high schoolers. Clean the bathrooms or get a cleaning crew to do it, it's horrible. read more

Took my son to see the 5:15 Inside Out 2. The app & in theatre advertisement said it was $1 slushie day but they couldn't tell me how to get a slushie for $1 so I paid full price. Sat down for the movie and by 5:45 still no movie. I went upfront to see what the problem was and per an employee there was an issue with the projector and it was being worked on and if it could not be fixed everyone would be refunded. Nobody ever bothered to come make that announcement. I asked if I could just exchange my tickets for the 5:45 showing and was told I could but I would have to wait in the concession line to do so. After waiting in line and switching tickets I was charged a ticket difference of about $2 and was told it was because the showing was after 5. I didn't waste time arguing because I didn't want my son to miss the movie. We went to our seats and start watching the previews. I realize the up charge was actually because they rang up two adult tickets instead of an adult and a child. At 7:20 the movie freezes and then starts completely over. Within 5 minutes a mom comes in and says the theatre meant to restart a different movie and will fix ours shortly. Wow, I know things happen but I didn't plan on being at the theatre for over 3 hours for a short kids movie just trying to take my son out for something fun on a weeknight. read more

Did not realize this was not a dine in theater until we got there, which is fine, we just didn't know. I checked the website beforehand and it appeared that it was. I asked the concession stand employee if they had any kind of food besides the regular popcorn and whatnot. His exact words with a snarky attitude, "well don't except spaghetti and meatballs"! Seriously? I wanted to punch him. Ordered popcorn, the butter dispenser was empty. The whole place was filthy. The employees are rude. The women's bathroom is practically to the parking lot. Wanted to point out the positive service I received from Aiden at this theater. I remember about a month ago we were trying to watch a particular movie and it had already started here. He suggested we might try another theater nearby where we found it. This reminds me of the Santa in Miracle on 34 street that recommended a different store when his employer couldn't provide it.
