We are having a fairly large remodel done. Daniel at first was cordial and presented some good…read moredesigns. Although, I was always a little skeptical of his reports on hours spent on our design + the expense of certain line items proposed. After visiting a local Vegas vendor (who is aware of this situation and corroborates the story) we ordered appliances in February. We were told we couldn't order directly and had to go through Daniel's business account. We were recently informed by the supplier that the appliances were never ordered and when confronted Daniel presented a check that didn't cash. We have not received any communication or acceptable answers from Daniel so are treating this with the police as fraud. We will happily revise our review if he surfaces - but given our police report, and the LVMPD alluding that there are other victims we don't have high hopes. Our lawyers also found a local court docket where it appears Daniel is being sued by his landlord for not paying rent. Lastly when we filed a complaint with the Nevada State Board of Architecture and Interior Design they told us that he was potentially advertising his license number without up to date dues. Just letting people know, so they can do their own homework and not end up in our situation.

Our rankings all decreased, our backlinks almost disappeared, our page visits decreased, and we could never get the requested reports or any report for that matter. Unfortunately, when we finished, there was no evidence that anything was actually done, no links, blogs, postings, or publishing. Also, they managed our AdWords and couldn't figure out why no one was calling and why most visits were on the page less than 1 second. The owner was difficult and had an air of "why are you calling me? and just trust me!". We hesitantly (for good reason) tried a new company and were shocked by the difference. We receive daily reports/logins anytime. Most importantly, our leads increased from about 2 each month with Innvio to almost 120 each month.
