In my opinion, I would definitely not recommend Evocativo for product design. I hired them and trusted them to design a piece of fitness equipment for me. In the end, I did not receive what their agreement claimed and I was very dissatisfied with the product. I paid Evocativo an amount which was within 20% of the cost of the final estimate and all I received was an incomplete CAD. Knowing my inexperience, I contacted several engineers and other companies, and according to them, the product wasn't even close to completion. Instead of completing the project and making it right, they said I would have to pay them additional money before they could continue. I hired them to produce a design that would be ready for manufacting and I did not receive it. read more

I am back to warn people of this company, yes Glenn is awesome but this company are down right thieves! this is the email in which can explain everything. This is the second time that the owner has demanded I take down my review in order to finish incomplete work and then asked for more money. They have paid people to lie for them and this company is not right. I have asked for their lawyer information but have not been given it. Good afternoon Robert, I have gone over the final files and Steve did not do an assembly parts final version, for the ice pack carrying case, just the eDrawings. That was part of the invention and what he was working on. Will I be able to receive that from him? Dwayne - Evocativo Product Design The ice pack part files and assembly file are in the folder "3D CAD in Solidworks" then "ice Pack Carrying Package". The file types are native Solidworks part files ending in .SLDPRT and the assemblies are there with the file names ending in .SLDASM. Yes you can open those using the free e-file viewer also but those are native Solidworks files. You can send them to any machine shop or engineer that has Solidworks. So this company took my money, made me take down my first review of them because I felt their engineer wasn't doing his job. Then charged another 2000 to convert MY FILES, finish his revisions and THEY STILL HAVE NOT GIVEN me a functional working production ready anything! The manufacture tried to get them to fix their errors, but they are hiding. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,I will gladly give you the proof that is needed for you to choose a more trustworthy, integrity driven company whom cares and believes in their clients. They sent us broken porotypes, which they did fix, they also gave us the more expensive option for manufacturing a non functional product that is only in the prototype phase. It is not even finished! They never fulfilled any part of their contract with me. Please stay away from this company! Thank God we have a media company that believes in our product and we have an engineer and manufacture that knows what they are doing. A second opinion is ALWAYS a great thing to get. I am writing to lodge a complaint against Evocativo. The engineer assigned to me turned out to be evasive and deceptive in many of my interactions with him. Worst of all, I bought and sent him two competitive products for his testing and analysis and he would not return them? He almost would not return the prototypes he made (and I already paid for), but he did finally send those to me after I threatened to report them to you. In total it is only about $200.00 but the audacity to not return them to me is mind boggling leading me to believe in the possibility of their violating our agreement and stealing my idea. I tried to communicate with the owner he only spoke to the engineer and never would communicate with me to hear what I had to say. I thought the engineer just may need some supervision and I could explain his behavior and continue working together. Alas, he wouldn't talk to me. Initially I thought D.M. was smart and creative with lots of good ideas. I explained away his fibs and deceptions about delays and what he was supposed to do was just some professional immaturity. But as time went on, his ability to follow through with what he said he would do and meet deadlines just become a waste of my time and money. The engineer told the owner it was about money. It truly wasn't. If this engineer was doing a great job...money would not be an issue. I wasn't willing to give them anymore of my money to continue because I lost trust in their ability to follow through effectively and honestly. read more
