That's where the misleading advertising they leur you in with 0% financing and never disclose this "fee" until your closing the deal. Deposit was already made. Nothing disclosed at time of deposit either. Under 17500 BPC, false advertising is when a person or company makes false or misleading statements to consumers about the nature of a product or service.

My cart was picked up by one of my team members and cart fired right up when he got there . Before loading and paying we asked what scope of work was performed on the cart and they had said they fixed the battery. The ignition did a service on the cart like I asked what I didn't ask for was a new seat new tires on the car, which isn't the biggest deal but when one of my team members got the cart back to my yard, we were going to offload it, but no crank no start. I called cart Mart and talked to a sales gentleman and a technician after a few minutes, I was looking around my car and noticed the oil filter was old and then I popped the air filter to check that and that was old and dirty then cart Mart goes to tell me that after all they didn't do the service on the cart because the tech said everything looks good.......!!!!!! I'm not sure what kind of business they are running here, but when a customer asks me for something whether it needs it or not, but that's what they want we do it. Very displeased with this company and the way they handle business. I'm hoping they can make it right but time will only tell the car is in route now back to them. I purchased a brand new 6-seater EZGO gas powered golf cart from Rainbow Custom Carts in the spring of 2023. I have had no problems with my golf cart until last summer (2025) when I was cruising down the street in my private, gated community and it abruptly stopped running. By now, Cart Mart had purchased Rainbow Custom Carts. I called Cart Mart to find out if my warranty was still valid and if their service department could come out and inspect the cart for repair. I was assured that the cart was still under warranty and Cart Mart would do the repair. The service people from Cart Mart came out and inspected my cart and determined that it needed a new throttle body that would cost approximately $2,000 and it was not covered under warranty. Since I keep my cart at my summer weekend place, I decided to just park it until spring of 2026 and get a second opinion before moving forward with repairs. A few weeks ago, I contacted another golf cart repair shop near my home to get a second opinion on the repair. They came over and determined that all I needed was a new rocker stud (a freakin' $10 dollar part!) I had the repair done and my cart is up and running perfectly now. Please stay away from Cart Mart. The communication with them is terrible, they are not a trustworthy business and they tried to scam me. I hate posting comments like this, but I don't want my experience to be yours too!

I tried to keep it going with monthly water top offs, which it needed constantly, and even replaced the ignition switch when it finally refused to turn on. At a certain point it felt like I was holding the whole thing together with determination and duct tape. Eventually it gave up for good, and it was time to let it go. I first contacted Jereme in parts to see if it was even worth fixing. It turned out the company disappeared in 2012, so repairs were not going to be a smart investment. From there we talked to Jay, who helped us find a beautiful used and rebuilt cart that looks brand new and drives like it. The whole process was easy, honest, and surprisingly enjoyable. We are very pleased and thankful for Jay, Jereme, and everyone at Prestige Golf Cars for helping us get a great deal and hauling away our old cart. A shout out as well to the delivery driver, whose name I cannot remember, but he made the pickup and drop off genuinely fun. Prestige took what could have been a headache and turned it into a great experience, and we could not be happier with our new cart.

They were able to sell us a used cart but found a way to add hinged doors and an onboard charger to make things easier for my parents.
