I called in, and Tom answered the phone. He was super pleasant to speak with as I needed some new batteries for an old cart. When I came in the shop, Joe was there to greet me and get everything handled in a very delightful and professional manner. When I pulled around to the back to actually pick up the six batteries, Tom loaded them up in my truck and even presented them in a way to show me how to rewire them correctly, which probably saved me an hour or two of YouTubing.
