I called and reached a very helpful Representative and was set up with a storeroom in the city I am moving to. Valerie at the Live Oak facility return my call in a very reasonable amount of time and answers all my questions. She provided information that was very detailed and enabled my son and I to pull up to the entry door near my unit and gave easy to follow directions to my unit without wandering up and down the hallways. She made it a point to meet us and was very helpful. However I was not impressed with the website. It is difficult to navigate and kept kicking me out because they said I did not have an account with them. read more
