They arrived as promised, handled everything professionally, and completed the move within the agreed-upon timeframe. The checkout process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. I wasn't able to be there in person, and this was my daughter's first experience with hiring movers, so we weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving company.

We had issues with Bobcat Movers not taking great care of our belongings. We only had them move…read morefurniture and a refrigerator. They didn't bring an appliance dolly, and I SPECIFICALLY told them to be careful with the refrigerator so as not to tear the flooring -- and then they tore up the flooring in our brand new home. They did pay our repair person to fix this but there's no reason they should not have had the proper equipment to move the refrigator as it was on our inventory. We then found a dent in the door of said brand new refrigerator. We then discovered the master bedroom dressor is coming apart, and the drawers no longer work because of this. Also a brand new piece of furniture. They didn't handle things with care. They were in a hurry to get to their next job that afternoon, and quality suffered. They sent two helpers, Leo and Kenneth. I would highly recommend them. There was some furniture that needed unscrewing- that was taken care off. I was living in a three story townhouse and they went up and down the stairs with furniture like it was nothing. They move quick and efficiently. No walls scratch and no furniture damaged. I would use them again for sure!

I told her that that lamp does not come apart--but no she thought different and now hangers and top are gone. IRREPLACEABLE. Another lamp also taken apart now missing pieces is too aggravating and irresponsible. I know better to tape pieces to lamps and certainly know to check every bit of paper for hidden small pieces. IRRESPONSIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. AAACK. And 2 OTT Lamps were left behind as they broke the bulbs (that are pulled out not screwed), so they DID NOT BRING THEM. WOW. They did a fantastic job of coming out on short notice to go over all of our property here that needed to be moved and they gave us a very competitive quote the same day in fact multiple quotes as I needed different things broken up for comparison. In the end, we already had our truck booked and we were stuck using their moving service, but I wish I could've gone with these guys as the whole team was just fantastic as far as being professional, responsive and organized. I also know that the folks that lived in our home before actually had used their services and were quite happy with them.

Day 2 they took 13 hours to move half of a house with two small trailers. They also had no tools and had to use ours (simple drills, screwdriver etc). Keep in mind we paid to have them disassemble and assemble in the one day move. They ruined a brand new mattress with grease hand stains, and did not put our front door back on hinges properly. And to boot...they quoted $4,700 for the move and then hit us with a $5,300 bill, saying their guys worked 30 mins over the quote. The main issue being that they took longer because we had to unpack and find our tools to allow them to use. ***edit to respond to Victoria*** This response is a perfect example of the miscommunication and lack of professionalism. Nobody ever requested to leave a tv up. The day of packing, my husband was playing Xbox and said "whenever yall need to pack this let me know and I'll shut this down". This is also when we discovered that they did not have any tools to remove the TV, so, the TV wasn't going to be removed either way that day. Nobody was ever asked to "make beds" but we paid to have them put together (assembled). The movers also were not met with hostility. You had a group of young men with neck tattoos talking and bragging about their time in prison in front of everyone (including our children). My husband did the responsible thing, which was to address the staff as a whole. I'll mention he also tipped each one $100 bill at the end. We did this because it was apparent that the fault was on managment and not the individuals. They came both days unprepared without proper tools. Two separate groups of movers on two different days being paid to pack, dis-assemble and re-assemble furniture. (How is that possible?) Nobody was ever "cussed out" in person or on the phone. My husband called the very next morning and left a voicemail for the owner that was never returned. This response and lack of accountability again proves why I would never recommend this company.
