He never lost his cool even though it required multiple calls to my doctor's office. He was helpful, efficient, and thorough. And everyone who works here that I've encountered has been friendly. One of the ladies at the front desk of radiology was wonderfully proactive in checking when a technician could come and see me. Much appreciated. Biggest down side is if you park in the lot to the right of the hospital (near Renaissance Imaging), you have to walk a ways to get to the hospital entrance. And if you want validation, you may get a bit of a run around. To get my ticket validated, security referred me to Admin's front desk. Admin's front desk referred me to security and radiology to get it. When I went to radiology, they had to run to the front where security was because they ran out of validation stickers.

All she does is force her religious beliefs on you. She is always stressed and acts like you asking her a question or needing help is an issue. Getting help from her or Katrina is like waiting in line at the DMV AKA YOU ARE ALWAYS WAITING. Katrina is their so called therapist who I wonder is even licensed. Her advice is underwhelming. I got more from my peers and facilitators than her. Also the care from Katrina and Crystal just feels very manipulative. They get mad at you when you don't do what they want and give you the silent treatment. They love to throw words around like "I care about you" "I love you" "this is a special place". Every time you ask something you get told "Sam said no" or "Let me talk to Sam first". Is Sam freaking god?! Oh and don't let you feel sick and ask to miss group! If you don't feel good they threaten you with going to the ER. You have headache? Go to the ER. A lot of things don't make sense here. There is a lot of special treatment to favorite house members. Also we caught staff members talking about us multiple times. All these people do is gossip around the house. I thank the staff and facilitators that helped me only.

I booked an appointment expecting to see an actual psychiatrist at 8:00 AM. I rushed to get there on time, and since I don't have a car, getting to this appointment was difficult. Despite all of that effort, Lalita Davidoff never showed up. I waited in the office until 8:45 AM with no communication. She eventually called me, and based on the call, I highly doubt she was even in the office -- it sounded like she was at home. This was supposed to be my first appointment with her and she created an awful first impression. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed maybe she had an emergency, so I agreed to take the call. Instead, she acted as if nothing was wrong and showed no acknowledgment of how unprofessional the situation was. The only reason I agreed to continue with a phone appointment was because it took weeks just to get this appointment, and I urgently needed care. Honestly, not being seen at all would have been better. I wasted hours of my time. She was extremely cold, dismissive, and immediately started talking about putting me on medication without doing a full evaluation. After researching the medication she prescribed, I realized how inappropriate it was to recommend something that strong without ever meeting me or conducting a proper assessment. It genuinely felt unsafe. I also truly believe that after I mentioned her tardiness, she became defensive and blamed me -- even going as far as to gaslight my mental health concerns. The entire interaction was unprofessional, careless, and unacceptable. I will be reporting this provider to the medical board. No one seeking mental health care should be treated this way.

Anxiety, sleep issues, and fear of sea sickness since I am going on a cruise. Some years back, she helped me with the sea sickness, and it completely got rid of it. It was unbelievable! She starts off with an extensive questionnaire for you to fill out to get a good gauge on the issues you are wanting to work on. And then during your scheduled appointment, she spends a lengthy amount of time discussing your issues, your goals, and all kinds of other interesting and helpful things. When she records your session it is sent to you via text so you can listen to it at your leisure. I've only had the session recording for two nights and I listened to the session both nights as I was getting ready for bed. I fell asleep so peacefully and both nights slept incredibly well which is very rare for me these days! I would recommend Alisha for any issues you're struggling with! She absolutely amazing!
