The spa was very glittery, sparkly and very bright. This decor is not my style for a spa, I would prefer a calmer, softer decor and easier on the eyes. I sat in the waiting room and noticed the nail salon right beside the waiting area with no door to enclose the odors. The strong chemical odors from the formaldehyde acrylic nails was over powering and it had me coughing within minutes! I would have preferred smelling essential oils in the waiting room to give it a more spa experience, not chemicals. The Esthetician was quiet and cordial and I was disappointed that she did not ask me about my skin type or any concerns I may have with my back. The table was extremely uncomfortable and there was no place to lay my head such as a massage table head cradle. I had to turn my neck to one side for a whole hour and I came home with a stiff neck. The Esthetician did not explain the steps of the back facial treatment, however she did continually upsell me on their "Image" skin care line stating it's "medical" and very good for me. I came to the spa to relax, I did not appreciate an Esthetician turned sales person continually trying to sell me their skincare products. The music that was playing was like a hip hop dance music, I would have preferred calming, soothing spa music again for that "spa experience." A few of the extractions were a bit painful and ultimately the entire experience was stressful and I couldn't wait to leave. I came to Tre MedSpa to decompress and I came out stressed. There was no option anywhere in the booking system to apply a gift card as a payment method, and there was also no comments section to explain the situation. I assumed it wouldn't be an issue and that the payment could simply be adjusted on the day of the appointment. Two hours before my scheduled massage I was asked if I could reschedule. I was happy to accommodate and didn't mind the change. On the day of the appointment, my therapist was friendly. However, during my prenatal massage she provided a lot of unsolicited advice throughout the session, which made it difficult to fully relax at a time in pregnancy when relaxation is especially important. Still, I was willing to overlook that part of the experience. The real issue happened at checkout. I was told I could not use my gift card for the service because the appointment had been marked as "prepaid." When I explained that their online booking system doesn't provide any option to apply a gift card, there was no willingness to adjust the payment or offer any kind of accommodation. Situations like this raise concerns about poor booking systems, lack of customer flexibility, and business practices that ultimately leave customers stuck with gift cards they cannot use as expected. Customer service and long-term client relationships don't seem to be a priority here. Unfortunately, this experience ensured that I won't be returning and the gift card meant to bring in a new customer ended up doing the opposite.

I went to see Mari PA there to get new lip filler put in after having migration from a previous lip fill. I had no filler in my lips as I had it all taken out and I was excited for my new lips to be done. Take a look at these pictures. Bubbles all over my lips that are filler injected too close to the surface. Everyone asked me if I have herpes and lipstick won't cover it and they won't do anything for me. I will never go back. My lips are lumpy and I'm stuck with these results for a year now because they won't help me.
