So disappointed in this company and that this woman is still scamming people into purchasing items from her when other customers are still waiting for items that were purchased over a year ago. Do not send this company any money!!! You will not get your items and the owner will ask you to email about your order and then post on social media that she is not answering emails. If you dare to comment on her social media posts asking where your items are, she will block you. I can see why her business is going under and their are numerous lawsuits against her. I love love love Evy's Tree. It's a very small, collection of women's clothing, hoodies, sweaters, sweathshirts, ponchos, wraps, and the like. I think in the 3 or 4 years I have been 'collecting' because that is what you are doing, you are collecting these wearable pieces of art, there have only been maybe 1 or 2 that I haven't swooned over, and that's more because they weren't 'me.' The best way to find out about their adorable items, is to follow them on instagram. They have a small showroom at the address on Industrial which is by appointment only, but I must warn you, once you have tried on an item you will want it, so shop with caution. One last thing, everything sort of goes by the sizes they state on the website, but if you have a question, call them, email them, instagram them, they are happy to give you the lowdown on how items fit, so you can get the best look, I range from an XS in some items to L's in other, depending on how I want them to fit, their cut, and what the material is made of. read more

Ordered an item in July 2021, it arrived Sept 17. Item is too large so I went to returns.evystree.com as instructed on the enclosed card to exchange for a smaller size, site tells me the window for refund/exchange closed on Sept 13! A date before I received my item!! So I emailed returns@evystree.com to explain my delima, noresponse. I have sent several emails looking for help - NO RESPONSE. This was my first order from Evystree - should not even get one star review. I need refund ASAP read more

The clothing pieces I bought since discovering Evy's Tree this past fall have been so-so. I just got a top ($49) that took 7 weeks to arrive... wore it for the first time today and the material has pilled HORRIBLY. The 6 or so pieces I've purchased (all made in China) have come with a very off-putting smell to them. But even after washing each item according to the wash tag instructions, the fabric either sheds, pills, shrinks, or color has faded drastically. I can't recommend this clothing line for these reasons. read more

Sam, the other reviewer is blame for my Evy's tree addiction. She posted a photo of a hoodie and after looking at the website, I had to have a bunch of their cute sweaters. I went to the showroom last night for a girl's night out event. The shop is very cute and comfortable. The women working there are a retail owner's dream. They tell you how cute you are, how cute you look in everything, and are very helpful. If I owned a store, I would have tried to steal them. If you are having a bad day and like sweaters, go there and you will get something cute to wear and the women there will convince you that you are flawless. read more

I am so excited about my most recent Evys Tree hoodie! The Emerald Reece is beautiful and the fit is perfect. This is my 3rd Evys Tree hoodie and I could not be happier with their product. Living in Portland, a hoodie is an essentially part of our wardrobe from October to April. Evys Tree's great designs, super soft fabrics, and beautiful color choices take the drab out of the boring, same old hoodies. To add to the hoodie collection, there are posh jackets and dresses they throw into the mix. Supporting a local home grown company is great but Evys tree is so much more than that. They are women who support other women. From their incredible customer service specialists to the fun videos of Amy and Harmony, they have made me a life long Evys Tree fan. If you see me out and about, there's a good chance I will be sporting an Evys Tree, one of a kind hoodie. read more

Very disappointed. We purchased a very cute Hoodie from Evy's Tree for $103 (including tax and shipping) and were super excited that it was from a local company in Sonoma County. Based on it being a local company and their claim of "luxury pieces from high end fabrics" we proceeded with the purchase. There were delays with delivery and they did provide updates on the shipping status which was nice. However, when it arrived and we opened up the package, it smelled strange and the fabric was rough and scratchy. Cute to look at but poor quality. The price charged is more in line with products made in the USA, not mass produced in China. The fabric in no way is luxurious or of the finest quality. We contacted Customer Service (only option is via email as they do not answer the phone) requesting a price adjustment to align with the product they delivered. After many emails back and forth with Customer Service and no satisfactory response, we requested the name and phone number of the Customer Service Manager. Of course, we received no response. They were not very friendly to me! I liked to buy something from them but I didn't because of their bad customer service!

I've been a customer of Evy's Tree for 4 years. During that the time prices have gone up, customer service has gone down, and quality of the garment has gone down. None of the items fit the same which means if your a small in one you might be a medium in another but would never know. An item you pay over $100 should not pile within the first few wears. That's not luxury! After wear and washing many items have threads that come undone and all you get from Evy's Tree is that it's normal for the garment or it's considered luxury so not meant to wear daily. I'd never pay $100 for something I can't wear often. You can find many other people on the Evy's Tree discussion group on Facebook who all have complaints and photos to share. Another thing they sell you on getting reward points well you can never use them unless your buying a full price item. If there is a sale they make a code for it so you can use your rewards also. It's just a big sham to get you to pay more for terrible quality. read more
