So I had multiple issues in my home: -Cracked water valve for the toilet -Clogged bathroom faucet head -Clogged kitchen sink in a main unit -Clogged bathroom and kitchen sink in a separate secondary unit -Jammed Garbage disposal Raul came by same day and fixed everything quickly with a transparent breakdown of his pricing. Everything worked perfectly when he was done, and he gave me a 30 day warranty on his services. Turns out my garbage disposal wasn't jammed but rather the motor burned out. He offered to replace it, and I asked for some time to shop around for a better price. He very professionally not only explained his pricing and told me I could call him back at any time, but also graciously warned me that without replacement my garbage disposal would clog my drain again soon and even gave me a hex key to manually turn my garbage disposal to unclog it. Two days later it clogged as he predicted and the hex key worked beautifully to unclog it. Both of our toilets clogged up at once, very suddenly. When I used an efficient plunger to clear them, all it did was push the water up into our tub and showers. They came out very quickly, and did an outstanding job of clearing our main drain from the house to the street. They said there device would reach 150 feet. Most homes are a lot closer to the street than that. I knew they would clear the entire drain. The last time this was done, a simple auger was used. It only lasted a short while. Exact Rooter used a serious rooting device with rotating blades. It was cleared completely and quickly. I am confident our house drain will not clog again.
