Best plumber I've used! This is including myself renting a snake from Home Depot and using 3 other plumbers in the Redlands area, Raul is one of the best. I purchased a flip home 2 years ago and lets just say the pipes have been through a lot. Plumber 1 - Insisted on Hydro Jetting the line or replacing all together, which would have been expensive considering I'm on a solid foundation. Plumber 2 - Wanted to use a camera snake, then Hydro Jet. The camera suggestion was a money grab considering it's only effective with a main lines. He just tried to con me for an additional $300.00. Plumber 3 - Did not know how to operate an automatic snake. He kinked the snake line, accelerated the drive despite having a kink, the result was a flailing snake line that wiped into my water heater, spare fridge, and washing machine. Disregard the fact that much torque from a metal snake line could have seriously injured someone. And lastly, I nearly amputated my hand operating an automatic snake with NO experience.. The drain in my shower had been periodically backing up and I had 2 different plumbers from my home home warranty company out prior. Pleased with Raul's service on two different occasions now. I would recommend to anyone. First time I called Raul, I needed him to snake an exterior drain for me as well as check several sinks throughout a house I purchased and was a mess inside. Raul was very accommodating to my schedule and came out promptly. He was able to clear the drain from roots that had gotten into it as well as cleared some bathroom sinks and tubs that were not draining well. The price to clear the outside drain was $100 and the price to fix the leak under the kitchen sink was $65. I asked him to test out all the other bathrooms and see if they were draining well. He cleared those as well, but charged me $65 each drain for what I think was a typical snake. I wasn't too happy about that, but think it balanced out the price of the other repairs being reasonable. Price was $350. Second time he came out was to increase water pressure in my home since we were noticing it was really low like in the 40's. I was going to do it myself, but since I don't have a pressure meter on hand and to save me the trouble of shopping for one, I just had him out to do it. He came out within 30 minutes of my call and was able to educate me on the range water pressure should be in (50-80) and why setting it at 80 might be bad bc it would be more wear and tear on the pipes and I'd be at risk for leaks in the walls. So we settled on 70. Showers are much better now. Price was $75. Overall I'm happy with the service, however I'm used to paying a lot less for service bills. I would definitely make sure to ask how much for each repair bc my bathroom sinks while slow draining could've been unclogged by using some draino. Raul isn't very cheap, but I'm pleased with his professionalism and results. read more

we had a faucet leak over the weekend and Raul was booked all weekend, so we scheduled for him to come out at 8am Monday. i left my phone on silent and completely not aware of the time until 10am but he was very forgiving when i called him back and he promised to come out in between appointments. Raul arrived around noon on the same day, examined the leak and advised faucet replacement, then gave us the option to either have him replace it on another day when we've picked out a new faucet, or we can run out to Home Depot to grab one while he removes our existing faucet so we can get it replaced same day. we chose the latter. Honestly, I never thought I would review a plumber and I really never thought the plumber would get 5 stars. But, this is much deserved! I had an man out working on my air conditioning.
