Anyway, I submitted a sample and the lady said she was having g problems with temperature. I said, well yea, you sit there and pee, with a door open, a women watching you, it takes longer and it gets colder? I do t know. She zapped it with her gun and it was 94 degrees . She then thought she would tell me what to do!!! She said you need to stay here until you can pee again! SHE ACTUALLY SAID SHE WAS GOING TO WATCH ME. I was taken back. I said , no your not. I walked out and told her she was way out of line. Go to everett clinic. These people have to act like they are in a hospital so they don't feel like losers. Pee collectors. Truth hurts

While the staff are easy to work with, they did a significant amount of damage to the sheet rock ceilings, painted walls, a paneled wall and outside house paint. When I contacted CAZ about the damage, I was told " The damage done by the tape used for containment is unavoidable. We clearly state in the estimate that damage will occur and the client is responsible for that damage. While unfortunate, the damage is not out of the ordinary for a popcorn project. By signing the contract you recognized this aspect of the project and CAZ is not responsible for repair." Unless you intend to paint all walls, texture the ceiling, remove existing panel walls and repaint outside your entrances, think carefully about having this work performed by CAZ Environmental.

Before he left, he gave me an verbal summary of his results and then followed up within a couple of days with a professional report, complete with photos, charts and recommendations about how to remedy a whole range of issues (mold, humidity, carpeting, staining, etc.) The big surprise was that the mold in my house was within the normal range and did not recommend professional treatment. I can clean it myself with common household cleaners. As I read the one-or-two other reviews that say they had a horrible experience, I wonder if they are actually talking about the same company. Believe me, you will be very pleased if you call Environix.

They showed up and set traps and told me they would be back to check them in a week. 10 days later they still hadn't showed and hadn't called to let me know they weren't going to show so I had to call and find out what was going on. They arranged to get someone out later in the week. I asked the tech when he'd be back and was told I had to call the office to schedule the next visit. Apparently, Classic Pest Control & Insulation is unable to schedule visits in advance. If you want a pest control company that will keep you informed of what's going on and will contact and communicate with you, I suggest calling someone else. This is not a "customer first" company.
