I took my new car with 6000 miles on it for body work due to a car accident. Pros- the front desk lady was nice and returned calls when she said she would and kept me updated. They were pretty timely, it took about 2 weeks to get my car back. The body work was great & paint matched perfect. Cons- My car came back with tons of swirly scratches all over the vehicle. The trims, front window and chrome pieces were super scratched. I called and told him and they were super nice but threw in that they'll verify the before pictures. Which is fine because my car is brand new and I know how it was dropped off. I took the car by for them to see and the owner came out. He told me that the scratches happen from car washes, I said we hand wash our cars. He said they didn't touch anything on the car except the parts that were damaged which is a lie because the whole car was "detailed". I'm 100% sure the detail guy is the one that caused the scratches with whatever machine he was using. They then said they only use soap and water to detail the car (if that's true, don't get your car detailed here). The owner said he'd fix the damage by painting the plastic trim which is a cheap fix that won't last. I said I'd take the car back on Wednesday but after telling my husband how they planned to fix it, he declined to take the car back to prevent further damage. I never in a million years thought they'd fix damage perfectly and the ruin what had no issues (my trims, windows). Don't take your car here because if they do damage it, they will Not own up to it and fix it properly. I gave 2 stars because the body damage portion was good. read more

You were not trying to help me! You wanted me to pay! I did not threaten you at all I simply told you what I would be doing. I filed with the BBB AND I have filed with the Department of Consumer Affairs and the BAR and I will be taking you to small claims court like I said the situation was handled unprofessionally and you chose not to make it right until I told you what I would be doing those were not threats! I'll attach the text messages here We took our 2016 Honda Civic to Duran Auto Body and Detail for mechanical work on our AC that quit blowing cool air. We were told that the bill would be $400. After the inspection of our car they called us and stated that the AC had a leak and it needed to be repaired and that the high low valve would need replacement and it would need to be fully recharged with freon. They then stated that the total would be $642.00. They also mentioned our entire dash would need to be removed so we agreed to the total. We were also told that it would be under warranty for the next year. Fast forward to less than a year later our AC is having the same issues as before. I called down to Duran to set up a time to bring our car in. When I arrived they told me that I would be charged 2 hours of labor at $90 dollars an hour while the service was still under warranty. Then the owner Erick stated that there is no warranties on AC's. I have a feeling the leak was never fixed and less that a year later the freon has leaked out. I am so upset I told them that I was not going to leave our car with them and pay for it to be serviced again when it was under warranty. Also, they had no records on file of the work they performed on our car thank goodness I kept mine. After I left the shop I told them via text that I am pretty sure an auto body shop should not be preforming mechanical work and told them that I would be reviewing them and opening a small claims case against there company. At this point now they were offering me to go ahead and inspect the vehicle for FREE and that we would see what the problem is and go from there. I feel that should of been offered to me in the first place and none of this would of ever happened. I replied back stating that I am no longer interested in there services and that I will be taking my car to honda and they would hear from me soon. They may do great Auto Body work from the reviews but when it comes to mechanical work and professionalism I give them a 0/10 and 0 Stars!! The only reason they get one is because I had to. Please look at the photos for this review I got the car back like this they left my windows open for a month my car had Bird poop in it also had rain damage and all the doors,,it was not cleaned at all they gave me the car back filthy I picked up my kids from school the same day and they were telling me that there's bird poop in the back so when I got home I took these photos not good at all This place is a rip off they will lie to you and get you in to their shop and once the car is there they will take forever to fix it,,they tell you that they will install new parts but they end up using the same parts the owner Eric is very rude and the staff lies to people about the repairs, they lie about everything they do,, do not take your car at this shop, they run up the bill for insurance jobs and use old parts to the repairs, I was told that they had ordered new parts for my car and they kept changing the story every time I spoke to them, the owners daughter Erika will lie through her teeth to get your business and she will change up Her story as needed to be in the shops favor or her dad ERICS favor, so stay away from This shop they will rip you off,,,,I would give them 0 stars if I could, RIP offs, I hope the insurance company's does a investigation on this business because they are charging the insurance in full for parts and they use the same parts for example they told me that my car would have a new headlight on it because it was damaged when I went to go pick up my car they just use my old headlight and they cleaned it up thinking that I will not catch it but I am a car guy I noticed everything when I questioned about the headlight they kept changing the story so I asked for the old headlight and they didn't have it,, so they ended up admitting that they use the same headlight and they just buffed it out, they lie about everything I hope they get caught doing this I believe in karma I gave them -100 points the owner Eric does not speak a word of English I wonder how they own a business like this????? read more

Amazing work done on my Acura. Staff was friendly and professional. I had gone through a car wash and my fender was damaged during the washing process. I checked around Yelp and read the reviews of various body shops and decided to go with Durans. It was the best decision. My car looked like new and it was clean like it came off the showroom floor. They drove it to the front for pick-up and when I went in to start it, it wouldn't start. The staff was kind enough to test the battery for me and we discovered that it was dead. They jump started the car for me and I was able to drive it to the dealership to get a new battery since I had only recently purchased the car. I am absolutely thrilled with Duran and will certainly be using them again in the future. I sent my daughter to a couple of places to get quotes and she came home from the first place in tears. They treated her like an idiot and, by every indication, were going to take advantage of her. We, her parents, would have had to step in and would have made some waves, but encouraged her to try one more place. It was her call to go to Duran and we are so happy she did. They treated her with dignity and respect, worked with us on the cost and did a fabulous job. Great place to bring your car to. The service is friendly and quick. I had done some research in the Visalia area to get my door panel on a 2008 Corvette re-done (dog scratches) and I must say, what a great job!! Better than I had hope. Then I decided to bring in another car for a front bumper and grill and it was nothing less than great work!! I highly recommend this company.
