They will cost you a ridiculous amount of money! They do a good job but move at a snails pace to rack up hourly charges. They will also try to get you to hire an extra mover saying it will take less time, but it does not. Steer clear unless you want a short move to cost the same as a cross country. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this moving and storage company because they lost and damaged my items, and did very little to remedy any of the issues. I strongly recommend looking into the possibility of using another company. I hired Excalibur Moving & Storage, LLC to move and store my belongings in their storage unit from December 2018 to August 2020. Most relevant here, they stored a queen-sized bed, and boxes of decor, including a Yankee Candle collection. I chose to use their storage unit because I read on their website and was repeatedly informed that their units were climate-controlled and secure, and my items would be placed in such a unit. Upon receiving my items back from Excalibur, I found that they had lost a substantial portion of my queen bed, specifically the side railings, which hosted the base slats that the box spring and mattress rested on. Thus, I was only left with a head board and a box spring and mattress sitting on the floor. Completely unacceptable. When I addressed this issue with the company, they told me they would look for it when they had time. They never found the side railings, and I had to file a claim. After filing a claim, I was offered $96 as a remedy. The reason I was offered this amount was because on the Bill of Lading, I chose the Valuation Protection of .60 per Pound per Article should something become lost or damaged. (At the time of selecting this option, I did not think twice about my items becoming lost or damaged because: 1) I had read good reviews about this company; and 2) I had very little items to store and very roughly predicted that there was a low likelihood that my items would end up completely lost. I was wrong). I now need to buy a new bed. $96 is clearly not going to cover that. I rejected their offer. Teachable moment: Never presume that "things will be fine"; always keep your interest in mind; and on their Bill of Lading, select Replacement Value Coverage, which provides repair, replacement, or reimbursement in the event of loss or damage, and clarify the meaning of this coverage. Aside from the my bed, they damaged an entire box of large jar Yankee Candles that were mildly-used or like-new. They were damaged because despite the claim that they would be stored in a climate-controlled unit, they were exposed to such extreme heat that the wax completely liquified causing the wick to become completely submerged in the wax, then the wax solidified again to one side of the jar when they cooled off. All of my candles did this. When I addressed this issue, they attempted to blame it on atmospheric conditions. Despite this attempt to disclaim fault, there is absolutely no way that mildly used, like-new large jar candles would completely liquify in the way they did, if they were stored in a climate-controlled unit. Why in the world would it be that hot in a climate-controlled unit?? That's bull crap. They could not have stored them in a climate-controlled unit, despite their claim. I also received a box of decor that was clearly marked fragile in red that had broken picture frames, and broken glass decor. And received a box of drinking glasses where some of the glasses were broken. It's clear these items were not handled with care. Additional damage to the home (new construction) included scuff marks on newly painted walls, scuff marks on new carpet, scratches in new hardwood floor, and a chip in drywall. Aside from lost and damaged items, the movers spent an inordinate amount of time wrapping things in plastic wrap, which ate up move time, and STILL managed to damage items -- we had scratches on a brand new night stand, and scuff marks and holes on the side of a box spring of a new adjustable bed. Excalibur provided me an estimated 7 to 9-hour move when I inquired about moving my items from their storage unit, and a mid-point stop, ultimately to my new home. They also stated that they were providing three movers to help the move go quicker. This move was not quick. While two of the movers attempted to be efficient and quick, the third mover was sluggardly, which slowed things down and was problematic because it costed more money in the end. Even though Excalibur tried to send a fourth person, who ended up being the mover's supervisor, the move still took 12 hours. Excalibur knew what type of move it was, and the items that needed to be moved. They provided an estimate that was not realistic based upon the resources they provided, and I paid for it in the end. So, all in all, between the move, which costed a little over $2K, and storing my items from 2018 to 2020, which costed about the same, I paid upwards of $4K only to receive back lost and damaged items, and a settlement offer of about $170. What a slap in the face. Therefore, I absolutely cannot recommend this company. Issue after issue. Abysmal. read more

They stole a $160 bottle of unopened Chanel cologne from me. They removed the bottle from the unopened package, then put the empty package back into the storage container. The one mover made several comments about my colognes, and even mentioned how good one of them smelled. Then, when I found the empty box a few days later while unpacking, I was told the movers do not go through our stuff. Clearly he did since he mentioned how nice one of them smelled. For compensation I was offered $20 from Eli, or was told I could call the police. Worst customer service experience I may have ever had. I even tipped the movers over $150. I had a friend who was about to use them, but because of my bad experience is using another company. Glad I caught it in time before they had their items stolen as well. A few hours after posting a review I was called and was offered significantly less than the item that was stolen to remove the review. The movers came on time, put everything that I asked them to on the truck, and nothing was broken. However... What they don't tell you prior to your moving day is that they will tack on an extra hour for their travel time- even if you are moving down the street. Don't get me wrong, that seems fair. However, when I asked for a total price on the phone, and then asked *again* to double-check, I assumed that I would receive the total price. Another thing they don't tell you is that they will drastically underestimate the time that it will take to move your things. In my quote, they told me that a 1 bedroom home would take approximately 3 hours to move. I asked to book 4 hours just in case. Prior to the move, I sold my living room furniture, and had new stuff delivered to the new place (less things for the movers to move!) I hand delivered the kitchen effects to my new place myself (even less for the movers to move!). So, by the time moving day rolled around, they only had 15 boxes, my kitchen table, some end tables and my bedroom furniture to move- and they still went over the budgeted 4 hours by 5 minutes. Since they went over by 5 minutes, they charged me for another ***full*** hour. Plus tip. Not the best experience for my wallet, but not moving my own things was sweet. read more

The team themselves worked quickly to move items from one house to the other. When they got to our new house, I had to ask the movers multiple times to please lay runners and plastic down before coming into the house as we had paid $1000 to clean our carpets a few days prior. The main mover continued to have the others go in and out of the house BEFORE laying the items down, until I finally asked them to stop. Understand things may break during a move, but other items I was disappointed in: they wrote in permanent marker on one of my storage bags I use for clothes to indicate which room it went into... and the poor quality tape they used was wrapped around my large kitchen OXO trash can and unable to be removed even after using goo gone. Also, they are to put all furniture back together that they had to take down for the move, and when I looked under our master bed, there was tape wrapped around one of the beams underneath still, and a 3 inch screw sitting on the carpet. My husband had to take apart the entire bed to find the placement for the screw, and then put back together (glad I paid all that money for the service we had to do ourselves). When I called the manager to tell him these items (since I emailed and got no response), he was HIGHLY argumentative. Additionally, his team never sent me the final quote with their insurance policy, etc. He argued with me that I should stay on top of my email... as a manager, I could not believe how he talked to his customer, and on that alone would never do business and give them my money again. Never use this company .. it will be the mistake of ur life.. they're in business to steal your money.. this is exactly what happened with me.. I called them they said to send a list with the items I have .. I sent a very details message with allllll the items that I want them to move for me.. they have me a quote for $950.. then they came and they said it will take them 6hours to do the whole job from A to Z.. including the driving and 7% fuel.. and they said my be it's going to be less time and they will refund the money in this case .. They stated working, and I could tell that they are taking their time so they can charge me for more hours.. when they were done the manager called me and said that you have to pay $1700.. I was shocked and I was trying to explain to him why I shouldn't be charged $1700 he literally threatened me that he's goin to keep my stuff with him if I don't pay and he hung up the phone on me while I was speaking.. I got sooo pissed and felt so disrespected.. He made me pay $1700 and said that I was misquoted the first time, even though I sent a details with everything that I have. I never used a moving company before but I just had a baby and my husband and I didn't have time. We were moving from Winchester, VA to Silver Spring, MD. I received a bunch of estimates and I basically just picked one and hoped for the best. The guys did a good job, they didn't take a lot of breaks, but I did bring them lunch and water because it's been unusually hot outside lately. They put my bed back together and they didn't seem to mind. They really did work hard and I will use them again if I need to in the future. Also, the final bill was fairly close to what I expected. Like I said, I never used a company before but I'm glad I did, there's so many horror stories about moving companies and I can be honest..... This company low balls the quote and charges by the hour. When you express concerns about the number of hours the sales people are good at explaining how fast they are. Well my 5 hour move of a two bedroom condo lasted two days! This is totally unacceptable. I cannot recommend this Excalibur Moving and Storage. The movers were exceptionally slow. They had to be constantly reminded to work. One took time to look at my record collection. If the lead guy was elsewhere the two helpers did not seem to know what to do. One mover used my bathroom and left it dirty. Boxes marked fragile arrived crushed. Not all furniture was reassembled. When I scheduled this move, I expressly emphasized that there was a time window to get into the building and use the freight elevator. I had to pay for the use of the elevator. This information was not communicated to the moving crew. They missed this time. They intentionally ran up the hours. After the freight elevator closed for the day, they promised to be done in one hour. They had to return the next day and took an additional four hours! They charged me for a total of 16 hours at $169.00 per hour! Be warned. Do not hire this company. Do not believe their sales people. read more

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my 20 years of moving!!! I saw the good reviews online and decided to use this company. HUGE MISTAKE! I moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a townhome on 7/17/2017. I requested Excalibur pack 2 closets, 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. They quoted me an estimate of 4 hours for the move factoring in I was moving a mile down the road. The weekend leading up to the move I packed the second closet and the second bathroom so when the mover showed up all they had to do was pack 1 bathroom, 1 closet and the kitchen. Throughout the entirety of the move I had many problems with the company. 1. It took the movers 4 1/2 HOURS just to pack a 2 bedroom apartment. 2. The movers were talking on their phones and moving slowly the entire move. 3. After telling them what to pack, the movers still didn't pack any of my bath towels not did they pack everything in the backroom i.e. body wash and shower curtains. 4. I called the office 4 times to complain at the beginning of the move and there was no answer, so I left a message. 5. Autumn called me back and said that a supervisor would give me a call back to speak with me about my issues. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. 6. En route to the destination the movers asked me could they stop at 7 Eleven. The answer was NO because they were still on the clock and had taken long enough to pack. 7. Upon unloading the movers seemed to damage every wall they were in proximity to. 8. I saw a light on in one of my bathrooms so I opened the door to turn it off and one of the movers is TAKING A POOP!!! Essentially, no I'm paying for a 3 man crew when only 2 men are working. 9. The move ended up taking over 6 hours for a grand total of $919.00!!!! After all of this I was fed up so I called the office again, since no one had called me back in reference to my complaints. I spoke with the owner Eli and I expressed all of the issues listed above. He had an excuse for everything and did not take responsibility for the actions of his employees. He then told me that I did not know how to read my contract and I could either pay or he would take the rest of my belongings that were still in the truck. He also told me I was lucky I was getting the 5% military discount and he was going take away the military discount if I didn't pay immediately. DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS! You will regret it. My walls (Too to bottom) throughout my new construction townhome. The movers were completely unskilled at their job. They were unprofessional. Asked for a tip and told me it was easy to repair the walls myself with plaster. I paid $956 for a 5 hour move within a 6 mile radius (storage to townhome). My husband and I recently used Excalibur to move from an apartment to a townhome in another county. The entire team from the office staff to the movers themselves were very professional and provided excellent service. They were able to move us from our third floor apartment on a hot and humid day into a three story town house in just over six hours including a 40 minute drive between locations. The service was very affordable and all costs were discussed upfront in the estimate provided. Additionally there was no additional charge for moving on a holiday. I really cannot recommend these guys enough. You can't beat the price or service. Next time I plan to try the packing service too. read more

First off, this company is a bait and switch to the 100th power. Alicia (or whatever the girls name is that takes the orders) is very effective at BS'ing her way through and getting you to sign a contract. She and I talked EXTENSIVELY about what items needed to be wrapped and what items the movers would put a blanket on, etc. But when the movers showed up, it seems that all of that went out the window. They wanted to "wrap" everything - and i mean everything that i had....even stuff that was already wrapped. I made sure to wrap my mirrors, I purchased my own mattress covers - this was unacceptable to them, they wanted to wrap it themselves. I was told that everything that was boxed would be acceptable, this too was untrue. The movers told me that anything already packed in boxes would not be insured on the truck because they did not pack the boxes themselves. This was such a horrible experience from the first moment Nose' (or whatever the 'truck watcher' guy's name was) walked through my door...telling me that most of my items could not be loaded on the truck because they weren't packed properly and that in order for them to move it items, the movers would have to repack them AND CHARGE ME FOR IT. $22 to wrap the sofa (which I was told over the phone would be $15)...$5 to tape a blanket to a wood table (I was told all wood furniture did not have to be wrapped). When I told the movers that the scheduler had given me the rates over the phone for the cost to wrap the sofa, they told me that she could not do that because she wouldn't know the prices...so when i said why wouldn't she know the prices if she is the person that schedules the moves and generates the contracts..i was then told that she has no way of knowing that info and i must have made up that price - right... Of course, I know about these types of companies, which is why I wrote down everything and repeated it back to the scheduler over and over so I was clear and so she could correct me if I had gotten any of the information wrong. I made sure to finalize all aspects of the contract before I committed, and wouldn't you know it, they still got me in the end. _______________________________________________________________ How uncool is it that when you post a review of a company such as Excalibur, a representative from that company - Allisia Smith - actually calls you on the phone to question you as to why you posted a review. Among the WORST experiences I have ever had with a mover. Quoted estimate no where near actual charge. Time windows provided are meaningless. Rude and aggressive people. When speaking to supervisor (ELI?) to simply ask question regarding their demand for payment before unloading truck and how that seemed inconsistent with the service being informed, was told "Pay now or I will lock the truck and take your stuff!" and "I don't give a s _ _ t about you". Well considering they only moved 80% of my family's belongings they did ok. I will give special thanks to Carlos and his crew that load the truck they fantastic. The problem is WE SHOULD NOT HAVE USED THIS COMPANY!!!!! Ordering was all messed up sent truck to small for our house, AND WE WERE VERY CLEAR WE HAD A LOT OF STUFF TO MOVE. Excalibur did not care sent truck to small and just expected us to pay for them to take multiple trips,,,,, When calling the office, Mike , if that's his name, was no help at all, made me feel like I did something wrong. He would not lift a finger to help the situation and felt no obligation to help resolve the situation we found ourselves in. So all this special treatment from Excalibur AND they were nice enough to come in 130 % above the estimate!!! That's correct folks, they only moved 80% of my belongings! we not even interested in helping us finish the move! office manager (mike, it was Saturday morning April 5) was nothing short of argumentative and condescending, I had to go personally rent a Uhaul trailer the next day. And they were nice enough to charge us more THAN DOUBLE THE ESTIMATE WE WERE GIVEN. So I've used Excalibur moving company three times now. The first two experiences were amazing and I just raved about them constantly. I recently just moved and this experience with them was so subpar I was wondering if it was the same company. They were not as fast about the move as they have in the past (I moved during warmer months in the past) and almost seemed to be milking the clock. I understand this is hard work and you want to make the most of your work day, but there was more laughing and talking then work being done. Also, the drive between the two places was 45 minutes, and it took them a hour and 30 minutes to get to the new place because they stopped and got lunch. That's fine but then we were charged for that time. We basically ended up buying them a $130 lunch. They were also a lot rougher with our stuff and broke some of our stuff during the move. Unfortunately, things were so chaotic, moving is so stressful, and at this point I just wanted them out of my house, I didn't investigate everything before they left. This experience has definitely made me not want to ever use them again or recommend them to family/friends. read more

DO NOT USE EXCALIBUR! I recently used Excalibur Movers (Excalibur-movers.com) based on the recommendations I found on this site. I had a MISERABLE experience and would HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere for your move. Some highlights include: A whole crew with whom I could not communicate with in English; one of the guys whistled laciviously to women in my apartment building as she rode by in the elevator; no inventory done for storage as they were loading truck so unless I wanted to PAY them to unload the truck, inventory everything and then reload truck, I just had to "trust them" because they "are honest guys" (their words). Turns out they didn't have any of the materials to do an inventory on the truck anyway, so it wasn't even an option. It was a two-part move, with the final stop in New Hampshire; it took a good 30 minutes (which I paid for) to clarify to the driver that he was not supposed to be heading to New Hampshire Avenue. At its final destination, they held our items hostage on the truck and demanded full payment BEFORE THE JOB WAS OVER AND BEFORE WE KNEW IF EVERYTHING HAD ARRIVED OR IF ANYTHING HAD BEEN DAMAGED. Eli, the owner/manager (?) proceeded to swear at me (seriously) and my husband on the phone when we objected. Eli literally said to my husband "I don't give a sh*t about you" and hung up. I was four days late in getting my damage claim in (BECAUSE MY MOTHER HAD DIED AND THEY KNEW THIS) so they denied it. Autum, who answers the phone was polite and professional, so there's that. I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past when it came to moving companies, so even though Excalibur was recommended to me by someone I trust, I still spent a great deal of time researching & reading reviews before choosing a mover. Unlike the other moving companies I spoke with, Eli was so patient with me, he answered all of my questions, he was very responsive and he just wanted to make sure that I was comfortable before moving forward. On moving day, my experience was perfection & everything went flawlessly! I have never seen such care taken with someone's belongs in my life, even stuff that I didn't care about & was of no value at all! The men were so careful, polite & nice that I didn't even want to say goodbye at the end! Prior to my move, throughout the day of my move, & even after it was finished, Eli continued to ask me if I needed anything & if everything was going well. He truly cares about his customers & their experience which is something you don't see very often these days. I appreciated everything Eli & his workers did to make my move easy and stress-free! I hired Excalibur moving for a short distance full service move, the guys were 20 minutes early and were incredibly professional. They went over all of the paperwork with me to make sure I understood the price etc which was well worth it for the quality of service they provided. I've never seen two people work as hard and as quickly as they did, they had the packing and moving down to a science i was really impressed. They were friendly and made my entire moving experience relatively stress free. When they arrived they brought boxes, packing supplies etc. and immediately started boxing/ packing everything up, these guys moved at the speed of light! Excalibur Moving Company has my personal property and will not release it to my designated moving and storage company despite repeated attempts to secure my property. Dropped piano, no access to my property, cursed and berated by the manager (Eli), and poor service: recommend do not use. I chose Excalibur Moving Company to move and store my personal property. They picked up my property on or about 26 April 2014. While at my house, they dropped my piano from their truck lift (appraised damages $3,750.00). When the Company billed me, they billed me for 4 hours of work. I disputed the charges (they charged the half an hour from reloading my piano and calling their manager, Eli). They finally agreed not to charge me the half hour, but then added .2 hours it took to clear the disputed charge. I called Eli the next week to coordinate an appraisal for my piano. When the appraiser arrived, they refused to uncover the entire piano for his inspection, and wanted to charge me to resend the appraiser into the unit to better inspect it. Eli cursed at me over the phone, and when I asked to speak to his supervisor, he refused to let me speak to anybody other than him. I called multiple times requesting to speak to his supervisor, but he continued to refuse and berate me over the phone. I called Eli at 6:04 PM on 30 June to inform him that I had coordinated a new moving company to pick up and store my personal property on 17 July 2014. Eli said he would still charge me for the entire month, but to call Excalibur within a few days of moving to confirm the move-out date. I confirmed the 17 July move-out with Excalibur's relocation consultant, Autumn (who has been very helpful and cooperative), on Monday 14 July. I told her the new moving company would arrive between 9 - 11 am on Thursday 17 July; and that their manager would call to confirm the move on Wednesday 16 July. The new manager called me on Wednesday, and told me Eli at Excalibur would not permit him to move my personal property on Thursday because he was "too busy". Eli further told him that I had not coordinated with Excalibur. I called Autumn back at Excalibur, and she acknowledged our conversation earlier in the week, and said Thursday would no longer work for them. Bayshore and Excalibur arranged a new date to pick up my personal property on Friday 18 July at 8:00 A.M. The new maanger called me on Friday at 8:18 A.M. and said Excalibur would not cooperate to move my personal property out of their storage unit. Bay Shore arrived 15 minutes early, and waited past their appointment time for Eli to open my unit. Eli eventually showed up, began a verbal altercation with one of Craig's drivers, and further denied Bay Shore adequate time to pack out and inspect my personal property (he reportedly offered no more. I called Eli, and informed him that his actions were inconsistent with good business practices, and that I wanted my personal property out of his storage facility immediately. He refused to listen to me, and tried to speak over me to drown me out. I was not happy. I told him to let me finish, and he refused. I informed him I would contact an attorney and hung up. Excalibur has consistently delivered sub-par service to me, Eli has cursed at and berated me, refuses to let me speak to somebody more senior than him, and he continues to fabricate excuses to not provide adequate time for my new moving company to pack-out and store my personal property. I called a local Rockville attorney, who referred me to the Maryland Attorney General. read more

the overall experience i had with exclaibur was pretty disappointing. i hired excalibur movers in aug 2021 for moving into my townhome from my apt. i hired the movers specifically as i had an expensive reclining bed. when the movers arrived, i specifically asked the movers if they need instructions to disassemble the reclining bed base, they said we will handle it. once we arrived at the townhome, the movers removed the storm door to help get the items inside the home. the movers could not move the reclining bed base upto the second floor as it wouldnt fit up the flight of stairs and they left the bed base in the main floor. they did not attempt to disaseemble the bed base and move tosecond floor and said they wouldnt be able to do it. they also left without reattaching the storm door. overall lot of work was left unfinished. they also damaged some of walls which was rectified. but i even contacted the manager and asked if they could help move the reclining bed to second floor and install the storm door but they never responded back. read more

I had three guys, and they were really good. One did most of the wrapping and staged it for the second guy to take to the truck. The third guy packed the truck. And they worked together for the big pieces. They moved very efficiently and had the truck packed in about 2 hours. When they moved everything into the new place, they were just as efficient. They made sure to ask me where I wanted each piece of furniture, especially the heavy stuff. There was some minor wall damage (scratches and dents) but nothing I wouldn't expect with moving. I was quoted a little over $300 for a 3 hour move and it ended up being 4 hours and almost $400, so pretty good on the quote. I was expecting a lot more after hearing stories from friends about other moving companies. Overall, great job and I would recommend this company. read more

I concur with the previous poster. This company quotes you a great price then they try to increase the price by wanting you to bubble wrap your furniture instead of using moving blankets. They then take their time in moving as their charges are hourly. What was worse is they dropped a piece of furntiure off the truck and damaged it. They failed to inform me of this and I caught them as they were leaving. The office advised it would be covered by insurance. Then when I had to contact them back the manager argued with me and said he would only cover up to $50.00. This company is unprofessional. They didn't even have their own truck as advertised on their website. They showed up with a Budget truck. This is an unprofessional company with a dishonest driver. DONT"T EVER USE THEM! read more

this is the most unprofessional company I have ever considered contracting with. thank god my husband final decision on the company. I was talking to this company for a few weeks with a female manager she was very professional, knew what she was talking about, represented the company very well and made me feel comfortable with hiring this company. however I called back last week to speak with her and the girl who answered thr phone didnt speak english and I couldnt understand ANYTHING SHE WAS SAYING....i asked to speak with the other woman ive always spoke with and she refused, she kept say like,like,like after every single word she said. She had no clue about anything. I told her to have the other woman call me when she got in and she said whatever and hung up on me.. Whoever calls you will know who im talking about if she answers. I have nothing against anyone who english isnt there first language but to work with customers you have to be able to atleast be understood by peopke calling you for your services and no something about the company u work for. Thats not the worst part .....the next day I called back and spoke with the owner, I guess. But he was the rudest person I have ever spoken with in my whole life, he started cussing, screaming telling me that he didnt care what I had to say that if he moves me its going to be his way or I can go to you know where.. This is the same guy the first time I called the office he was in the backround yelling and screaming at the girl in the office, I felt really bad for her but I didnt say anything. I was quoted a price based on my 1 bedroom apt move to another 1 bedroom apt and when it came to my move date, the price was almost double my quote! My furniture included a bedroom suit, couch, chair, futon and bistro set. I packed all of my belongings myself and everything was in sturdy, plastic totes. (I have moved several times and I know what to expect when moving.) First of all, this company knew the exact addresses of my to and from locations; however FAILED to give me an ACTUAL, REALISTIC price quote as I was quoted 375.00 for my move and on actual move day, it was 733.00! As I explained to the company spokesperson on the day of move, if the move was going to be almost double, they should have quoted me a realistic price and NOT a quote of 375.00, just to get my business! This company is shady; I will never recommend them to ANYONE. Second, the 2guys they sent were so slow! It took them 3.5 hours to move my stuff out and in....From previous experience, I've had movers come in and move me in a TOTAL (from one location to another) of 2 hours. They are overcharging for the services you are getting. Third, these 2 guys they sent DAMAGED my $600 futon and broke some of the plastic totes. I was so disappointed with them, I said nothing out of fear they would damage more of my furniture. I just wanted them to deliver my stuff and get out!
