I bought a completely refurbished electric club car (I named the Lolita Express) and could not be happier with the results. The seats are so plush and soft that I wish they were in my car! It is so quiet I cannot tell it is on till we start moving. New canopy, wheels, chassis, windshield, mirrors and charger. It is beautiful and came with a warranty which I liked. Been out riding every day exploring the neighborhood and I love it. Would highly recommend The Golf Cart Company if you are looking for a new or refurbished cart. I called and had them pick up my cart because it was making a "grinding" sound in the back end. I told them it sounded like the brakes were dragging. Fast forward 2 months later, Giant told me I needed a new motor. Not knowing the ins and outs of golf carts, I asked them is this going to take care of the noise? I was told yes, and it would be around $1600. After putting in the new motor I received a call saying it didn't take care of the noise and that I would need to spend another $2000. To get the rear end replace. I didn't really need a new motor and the reason they thought it did is because they hadn't plugged it in the whole time and it wouldn't run. After going back and forth with them, I had them install my old motor and just return it to me. When I got it is was in a bigger mess than when I took it in. None of my lights worked, the wiring harness was not secured, they had used the wrong bolts that didn't fit, and I have a couple of covers missing. I had another place look at my cart. They had it fixed in 3.5 hours, including fixed the problems left by Giant and were a 3rd of the cost.
