Sketchiest place I've ever met , thank god for my son in law to still be alive with the unprofessionalism within this establishment. owner claimed to be just the manager then hung up to just call back and apologize and state that he was actually the owner and he does that to avoid telemarketers. This owner then admitted that the worker over filled the oil reservoir but they could do nothing about it and tried to blame it on the fact that it was recently rebuilt even though it had been rebuilt for 6+ months with 0 issues other than an oil light coming on. They tried to misquote him 70$ for a part then declined to inform him the part was actually 250 and tried to still order it without his consent or knowledge . They told him it would be done within a week or less and it ended up being 3 weeks all for a 300$ "fix" to do nothing but total the bike entirely. again thankfully nobody was behind him , riding his bumper , or even on a turnpike . It's sad that the owner only cares about making himself look good and not actually care about the risk involved with working on these motor vehicles. If you don't have common sense that over filling the oil causing it to go in places it doesn't belong in 30 degree weather where the viscosity is more thicker than you should not be owning anything involving fixing vehicles. learn to take ownership before you cost someone their life over sloppy work and unprofessional management read more

Being new to the area and in the middle of moving is a tough situation to be in when you need to get your bike serviced. The owner and staff were excellent. They showed they had very good experience and their high standard of ethics became evident while working with them replacing the tire on my Goldwing. Sent my utv in, $600 bucks later I get it back. Tried starting it to unload, nothing. Key switch (universal brand) kept coming loose. Tightened, then got stuck for an hour in an area without phone signal. Sent it back for repair again, a few weeks got nothing but excuses. Had to order the correct switch myself, a few more weeks go by then I get home. Unload it. Won't start again. These people don't know what they're doing. They jerry-rigged my machine, charged me hundreds and it's still not working. I'm not bothering to let them try again. I should've demanded my money though. I should've looked at the responses they gave on Google to all negative reviews, bad business, won't make that mistake again. Took my money, kept my utv for months, returned in the same condition it went in. I left the same review there. read more

Couldn't fix a throttle cable refused to order parts from manufacturer would only use parts from their circle of venders bent my ignition key...tried keeping parts of my bike and I had to ask twice and I still don't know if I got all the parts owner likes to lie on bad reviews so he doesn't look bad the employees lie the owner lies and 80 an HR to just sit around and do nothing is pretty bad...basically he too over a month to find out his private vender did not have third party throttle assembly to fix my bike then he didn't tell the whole story when he rebutted my review left out a lot . read more

Omg they are excellent. They really took there time to figure out my scooter. And they are always busy which is a good thing. Which means they are trustworthy. If I could give them ten stars I would . Bring your stuff here you can't go wrong. They fix it right the first time.
