In an area full of shady dealerships, this is probably the most egregious. They specifically target the elderly and will offer either god awful "deals" or try to coerce them into buying vehicles they do not want, usually for an even worse price. Takes a lot of stones to do this in a tiny town where everyone talks, but they blatantly do it. If you live in this area, you're better off car shopping in Dallas. read more

Bad customer service... Husband took his truck in last Thursday... They said it would be ready Tue.... No call nothing.. We'd morning I called them they told me the part came on Tue and truck will be ready today...strange the told my husband the part was there Friday. Can't take your vehicle to a place you can't trust. And won't keep you updated! After I called and spoke with them they did detail my husbands truck before we picked it up and they didn't charge us for it. read more

Bought a car about a month ago. Promised they would pay for part of bill for new tires, as of today no payment. If you expect them to call you about the car you bought for services , forget that, you will need to call them every time to know what is going on. Cannot believe what they tell you. Buy at a reliable dealership. This one is not. Give them 1 star. read more
