He sent pictures of every possible flaw in the used truck. He patiently answered every single question I asked. Once I arrived at the dealer I was pleased to find the truck was as described. It was used, so you expect some minor dings here and there. I had an opportunity to examine each one via pictures on my cell phone. They were as described on the vehicle. Overall the truck was in fantastic shape. I am a very happy customer. Also, getting to the dealership was an adventure - Steven worked with me the entire day as plans changed moment to moment. The dastardly deed had to do with the bent wheel on the vehicle that wasn't recognized nor disclosed at the time of sale and when contacted, the only response I recieved was "we hope you enjoy your car" got the text saved. Normally that wouldn't bother me but the fact that they put new tires on this car and didnt disclose. Got the lust of work performed at trade in. They knew, it didnt balance out. $500 later with a new wheel, it drives like a dream.

My husband and Kyle agreed on a price, for the package we wanted. Today we were told he could not get the All Wheel Drive package we wanted, he said there were only a few within their 500 mile allowance for a dealer trade. There are 61 in that 500 mile area. He offered to do the same deal on a front wheel drive unit, then tried to tell us we agreed on a price for the lesser valued unit. Absolutely No integrity.

The service department on the other hand is by far the worst i have ever dealt with. in October of 2025 i bought a brand new off the truck 2026 Nissan Rogue, within the first week it was in service. failure to start, gas gauge not working, locking & not unlocking. fast-forward to August of 2026, same issues, multiple times in the service dept, & nothing but "hard resets" - how many times do we have to hard reset a NEW vehicle? needs maintenance, outside of an oil change, within 10 months no new car should really need maintenance. I wouldn't say not to buy a car, if you do go see Matthew, but i am saying find a different dealership for service, because they suck.
