Doug at smile bright denture is fantastic He is very flexible and accommodating with his scheduling, and he has great bedside manners. He treats his patients with respect and doesn't degrade them at all. When making new dentures for someone that already has them he uses the old set to make the mold instead of doing the metal trays. When someone is gagging he is very kind and tries to make it easier instead of just telling them to breathe through their nose like another denturist a couple miles away. He is phenomenal and my mom and I would recommend him to anyone that needs dentures! read more

I had partial dentures made. I bent the top one and I had him try and fix it. Instead of saying he could not fix it he starts grinding material off. When I was able to bend it back it was ruined due to him grinding on it. The bottom never fit right. Do not use this place. $2600 down the drain. He also lost my file from a few month. Doug did an awesome job making my mom's dentures. He was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He took the time to ensure that my mother was comfortable and helped her to feel relaxed. I lost my top denture (dog's) and wanted a replacement to match bottom. They said they couldn't do a match so I agreed to get a full set. The person who makes the dentures said I needed smaller teeth than these when looking at the bottom I had had since the 90's. Anyway, first fit, back was too tall. They ground them down and sent me home. Upon having difficulty chewing I found they were ground flat like horse teeth and were rubbing my young raw. I returned to have them drill hole like dents that didn't match up to my bite and out the door I was sent. Came back because when I smiled the top was visibly off center. They did a few file here and there and out I went. So the teeth are smaller than my original set, the gums are bluer than my original, I clench my teeth all the time causing headaches, my smile isn't as pretty as it was with my original set. Now being past the 90 mark (my health issue not their fault) and tell them the concerns. Still state they can't match original bottom. Would require a full set. Can't do anything because it's after the 90 days. So I decided to go to a dentist and ask him. He confirmed all of the about regarding the new set. Wrong teeth, placed wrong, bite off, etc... And they can easily match the bottom of my original set quite easily. So I spent over $2300 for the ugliest set of dentures and will NEVER recommend Smile Brute Dentures to anyone. read more

I have already left a review but cannot find it under reviews but I am so happy about my experience that I wanted to make sure that others can see my experience with Smile Bright. I live over 250 miles round trip and it was worth every mile I drove. My Dog got ahold of my dentures and they were beyond repair. I went to my dentist from my insurance company, they took molds and when I asked how long it would take for me to have my dentures, the dentist said 90 DAYS, this was devastating to me when I came home and told my wife she did some investigating and came across Smile Bright. My wife called the Everett location and spoke with George she explaind my situation and George assured her I could have my Dentures within five days from start to finish. On my last visit Doug asked if I minded to go to the Ballard location to save me 45minutes. Well I used my Garmin for directions it took me right Down town Seattle by the stadium's. I have not been in Seattle in about 15yrs little lone down town. At this time I knew that I was lost. I called George and let him know about what was going on. My appointment was scheduled At 11:15am. George did his best to get me on the right track. I was having massive anxiety, George assured me that It was no big deal and to be careful driving and not to worrie that I would have my dentures today. I arrived at 12:15 an hour late. Doug was their when I finely arrived. I believe Doug skipped his lunch to make sure I was taken care of. Smile Bright is the definition of customer Service . Doug fitted me and the dentures were perfect, beautiful. From the first call my wife made until I picked my dentures up these guys were top notch. One star for cleanliness, zero stars for everything else. If you don't want to have proper fitting dentures, go here! If you want to be talked down to and not listened to, go here! If you have Provider One Dental insurance, STEER CLEAR, DON'T GO HERE!!! If you want improperly made dentures, go here! If you have a rough jawline and the person making them mess up your first one, re-casts it, messes it up more, thus making it into a mouth guard that is nonfunctional to your jaw, GO HERE! Doug Pham messed up my bottom denture and refuses to re do it, he just wants to "grind down" the denture. You can't "grind down" every contour of a rough jawline, you re-cast and re-mold it! Anyone who has ever done molding process knows that you can't fix an improperly molded item that's a complex fit and expect to pass off poor quality work as top notch. First casting was too big for my jaw, I could move it as if it was a bell, almost as if it was molded to a different person. He also ground off too much of the original casted denture before my initial fitting, was put off by having to re-cast it to fix his own mistake. The 2nd re-casting, filled in the contours of my jaw, and it doesn't fit at all, pure pain, I can't even wear it. Like I said, I have a big ol mouth guard now. The improperly made denture is his fault and he is refusing to remake something that he himself made wrong, not just once, but twice!!!!!! Absolute worst person to get your dentures made by! Doug Pham makes poor quality dentures, refuses to listen to the customer, and refuses to PROPERLY fix HIS mistakes. Apparently he has no clue how to give excellent customer service and support. DOUG PHAM, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO A PERSON'S SMILE! I have half a smile and a big mouth guard.... awesomeness. I'm pissed. read more

I recently went to have an upper denture redone and the customer service from George was absolutely amazing. He's very friendly, informative and most of all makes you feel comfortable there.... An unexpectedly delightful experience. I was extremely agitated when we arrived here for my mother's appointment. When I picked her up from her assisted living facility, I was cavalierly informed that while they still had the main part of her broken denture, they had lost the part that had broken off! This meant that it would no longer be a simple matter of reattaching the two pieces. In fact, without the missing piece I doubted if the denture could even be repaired; it would probably have to be replaced. So instead of looking at a $100 repair bill, we were now looking at a $1,000+ bill for making a replacement. George immediately sensed my distress when we registered, and asked to look at the broken denture. After examining it, he quickly told me that if I wasn't concerned about a perfect color match, Doug could reconstruct the missing piece! He cautioned me that it would be a little pinker than the gum part of her existing denture. He also said he couldn't guarantee the work, like they usually do, adding we'd have to have a new denture made in the next 3 months. That was fine by me; at least it bought us time to save up for it. As for the actual process, Doug couldn't have been more patient with my mother, who is afflicted with dementia. She was required to keep a tray in her mouth for five minutes, and she kept forgetting why it was in there and trying to get it out. Doug persevered without getting frustrated at all! Nor did he try to race through the process (considering he had a full schedule and we had made a 30 min. appointment for a simple repair). He spent over an hour with us. The finished product looks great; the color difference is very subtle. He also noticed a hairline crack that we had missed and fixed that too! Total bill: $110.00 read more
