No reminder call or text, so he went to the office - dark, mail piled up on the floor, no note on the door. They closed up the practice with no notice, no letter, and are not providing our dental records to give to our new dentist. Then I got a call from my mother in law, same thing happened to her January 2025. Since they are a contracted/preferred provider with my insurance, I have reported them. I have heard from the office manager (also the dentist's wife) that this office is permanently closed.
