So, the doctors advised me to seek assistance from the fantastic team at Fullerton Physical Therapy & Sports Care, Inc (FPT&SCI) to aid in my recovery and help me get back on my feet. I really don't want to be stumbling around town like a zombie from The Walking Dead! You know, I'm usually a skeptic, so I didn't have high expectations when I went in. I thought they would simply give me a standard sheet of paper with some stretches to do at home and send me on my way. But boy, was I wrong! They actually took a genuine interest in my injury and, believe it or not, in me as a person! It's rare to find that level of care these days, don't you think? Eddy sets the program allowing me to work with each associate to experience the different areas of the program designed for my rehabilitation. My strength and balance have improved greatly. I went to this location for a shoulder injury. After the initial consultation, I received…read moreprofessional treatment from Chad and Josh were excellent. On my 5th visit, which I was told would be an evaluation. It all went south. Most of the visit, the lead therapist spent talking to other staff and patients, paying very little attention to me, the patient. Towards the end, he started "cupping" treatment on my upper arm. This became so painful, I was in tears. I have very thin skin, which is very visible to any provider who pays attention, so I was shocked he did the cupping on me. This had not been part of my treatment at any point, and he didn't ask if I was agreeable to it either. I figured he was the professional, but unfortunately suffered as a result, the next day, my arm was swollen and the ENTIRE upper arm bruised. I called the office to find out if I should do something to reduce the swelling and bruising. I was told to ice the area. I sent emails and left voicemails to cancel my next appointment as the swelling lasted two weeks! I never received a call back. I did after several attempts reach the receptionist and explained what happened, and expressing my uncertainty about future visits as it was a traumatic experience and left me wondering about the level of care. Months later I received a call from a young man to schedule an appointment as I still had approved visits. Again I explained what happened and again no call back from the lead or management. Very disappointing to know how little patients matter at this office and an opportunity to improve was completely ignored. Hoping others will not have to experience this kind of care.

Both Tamara and Jess were very personable and made my husband and I feel comfortable while he was there for OT. They gave my husband little goals and had a fun and competitive demeanor which was great for motivating my husband. This location is bigger than another location I've been to and this one is very clean and orderly! The artwork was super appealing to us too since some of it featured track and field athletes. When we discovered we could see a CHT closer to our house we did make the decision to transfer to a different CA Rehab location, but my husband was sad to leave Tamara and Jess -- that being said they did an amazing job filling in his current CHT and our new therapist didn't skip a beat and picked up exactly where they left off. I could barely raise my right arm. I started PT at another place my insurance sent me to in Anaheim. Went there for like 4 months and saw zero improvement. I asked my insurance for a referral to another place and one closer to home and ended up here. Not sure why they sent me to Anaheim in the first place when I live in Orange, but that's a fight for another day. Started here in May 2024. I instantly knew this place was different/better. The way they spoke to me, asked me questions, measured my range of movement, the treatment(s) and basically EVERYTHING was just SO much better! It's been 6 months and I couldn't have even hoped for the progress I have made! I'd say I 90% back to normal. Daniel was amazing! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!…read more As a personal trainer I know the importance of recovery and for a long time I've been using the sauna regularly to help with that recovery. However, the place I went to before only had saunas and nothing else really. so, not too long ago my good friend Emily started working here and she recommended I should come check the place out! This place 100000x better than the last place and pretty much any other place I've tried. Sauna, cold plunge, and compression boots for recovery! They have it all! Saunas are super clean, personal use/private, and they give you plenty of towels just in case you sweat like crazy like me. Cold plunge is also super clean, it was pretty scary at first if I'm being honest but AFTER you do it you feel AMAZING, it's like having that first cup of coffee, nothing better! And finally today I tried the compression boots for the first time and it was super cool, on top of that I got a nice quiet room to my self where I could get some work done will helping my recovery! (They also have a TV in the room if you prefer to watch something while you have the boots on) Highly recommend checking this place out and giving all of these things a try! Lastly, Emily is a super sweet and helpful person if you've never used a cold plunge or have questions about anything she will definitely take care of you!
