I think I've seen all the therapists there at least once but most of my work is with Dave and Lauren. Both are amazing, knowledgeable and really listen to you as a patient to address your concerns and work towards your progress. I love that they incorporate some eastern medicine to their routine. First PT that I've been to that does cupping and scraping, I LOVE IT! Facility is clean and they make efforts to keep it that way. You constantly see the staff wiping things down and disinfecting once a patient is done with their room/table/station. It is clear that patient wellbeing is their priority!

On my 1st meeting with Mark, who I had never met before, he did not greet me and motioned for me to get on the table. He did not ask questions regarding my pain or did not give any guidance regarding how to proceed with a plan for my PT. I admit, I have been spoiled by other PTs who work with me on coming up with a plan to get me better and who ask questions. Unfortunately with Mark I felt like he worked on me before I was dismissed. I also felt a sense of disorganization from the beginning with this facility. My evaluation was conducted by someone in training even though I had scheduled it with a licensed PT. Furthermore, during my evaluation, the door was left open in an office very close to the reception area so I felt uncomfortable listing the medications I take when I was asked. I was also told I would have a meeting regarding my concerns but Katherine, at reception, indicated that there would be no meeting and her overall demeanor was also dismissive and annoyed. I also never received clear guidance on which PT would work best for me even though I had previously requested, over the phone, someone that provided strong manual therapy as I have found that works best for me. All that being said, I do have to give Kudos to the PT assistants and also to Brian, a PT, who came over and gave me guidance on an exercise when he noticed it needed improvement. I appreciated him noticing and helping out. I have had success with other locations but I do not think I will return or recommend this location to others.

He emailed me back saying it wasn't a prior authorization and was only a request. But the approved authorization was right there on page two of the 11-page packet, signed by my workers' compensation adjuster. It took me just a few seconds to find it. Instead of admitting the mistake or trying to fix it, Tommy completely ghosted me. He stopped responding and never acknowledged what happened. I even had my workers' compensation adjuster call the office to explain everything. She left a voicemail after no one answered, and they never bothered to call her back either. The communication and attention to detail were terrible. If this is how they handle something as simple as paperwork and scheduling, I can only imagine how they handle actual physical therapy. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Both therapists took their time to really listen to my concerns, limitations, and goals. They thoughtfully plan and personalize each session, and explain why we're doing each exercise and how it helps. It was honestly remarkable how they were able to immediately point out why certain parts were hurting and help improve that area. I always felt supported, encouraged, and motivated during my sessions. I also learned interesting and new ways to care for myself better! Eddy sets the program allowing me to work with each associate to experience the different areas of the program designed for my rehabilitation. My strength and balance have improved greatly. When I am asked to do the work I put forth 100% of my effort and the results are amazing. I was going to Back in Motion Physical Therapy from June 2025-August 2025. I was recommended by my…read moreprimary care since it's in the same building. I was coming here for a back injury I sustained at the gym. At first it was okay care, but as the weeks progressed I got worst and didn't feel better. I would bring this up to the team, and I just felt like they gave excuses rather than solutions. It felt like the pain was progressing to other parts of my body. Chad the PT stated "You'll just snap out of it". This comment made me realized these PTs didn't really care about their clients well being and progression through their injury. Plus, they don't have an actual gym space with weights. I started thinking that I was being harsh or ignorant. However, I switched PTs in September 2025 to somewhere new and it was a 100 percent better experience with an actual plan to get me back to full health. I would get updates and they would ask how I'm coming along. It was a night and day difference. I would never recommend this PT to anyone. The only positive was one of the PT aides who seemed like he cared about his guidance to patients. Besides that this place is a NO GO.
