Of course, Like all pelvic floor PT's, she does pelvic floor PT for women as well. She is friendly, makes you feel comfortable and is really good at what she does! I decided to join Yelp so I could provide remarks about the care I received at SCPT, as someone who has used this facility for about 6 months straight in 2007 and a few months during 2009. I have also continued in their After-care pgm. (mainly rehab type pool where each of us is given our own exercises based on our specific problems - this is an option, out-of-pocket after P/T runs out). This is a really big plus for me or anyone who needs warm water pool for exercising as there are few to be found. I think if a therapist or therapy is not going too well, it is still worth trying to address the problem with him or her. Another suggestion would be to ask to be assigned to someone else as there are differences between them. By using SCPT for the past 24 mos., I have noticed that they will occasionally run into staffing issues and not each and every visit had run as smoothly as I would have liked. Another important point is that P/T often takes 7-8 sessions before a difference can be felt and yes, I have had problems which made me hurt more first, but as a joint or limb was loosened up or the impingement was released, I started to feel the benefits. It takes time to see results from P/T (no matter where one goes) and also hard work on the patient's part. There were times I wanted to throw in the towel, but I didn't. However, by having used another P/T facility in Auburn as well as trying out P/T at UMass Rehab (on Rt. 9), I found most of the therapists at SCPT to be very dedicated, skilled and hard-working. They do have a unique set-up where the treatment tables are all open and therapists work on patients side by side, often coordinating two patients at a time. And I will admit this took some getting used to, but after a while I no longer noticed who was on table next to me or out on the floor doing exercises. In fact, I'd say this is one key aspect of SCPT which I think folks need to know ahead of time so not to be surprised if/when you start getting therapy there. Most of the therapists are quite skilled and most have gone to learn new techniques or use new tools. But there is a difference between therapists - some will be more aggressive or passive in their style and some will be most attentive and caring. I have a few favorite ones who spent all the time they could to complete a treatment - so going beyond one's schedule time is usually very much appreciated, though I understand if someone has a tight schedule, that may not be best for them. The individualized attention and creativity (things that some of them would come up with and really try to find ways to provide a treatment) far exceeded what I experienced at the other facility and at the hospital. One of my favorite therapists did not need to ask me anything as she could sense (or feel with her hands) if her touch was too heavy or whatever. So, I would at least like to leave others with my opinion and personal experiences of this place. Those are all the positives. For me, since I live closeby, I am also very happy not to have to drive a long ways as sometimes it feels the tension of driving on Rt. 290 will undo a lot of the good accomplished from a treatment. The negatives would be how busy and noisy the treatment hall (don't know what else to call it) can be at times. The positives outweigh the negative aspects for me.

I have been working with Kevin, and I must say, he really takes the time to listen and work out your problem. Even when he's dealing with multiple patients at once, he somehow managed not to neglect anyone. Some people just have that healing touch that you can rationally explain, and I think Kevin is one of them. Added bonus, the whole staff is nice and friendly. They work as a team and help each other out. If you need PT, I recommend you check out Hardy first.

That goes without saying, it's also the fact that these folks, all of them are personable, welcoming and just in general make you feel comfortable. I have worked with Tyler for both of the times I have been there. He's one of those people that is in the job he should be. He's great. You won't go wrong to go here.

He is rude, stuck up, he pays his employees very low wages for the large amount of work that they have to do. They are being over worked and underpaid. I was making 19 an hour, when I should be making 24 an hour, $6 less than the national average, he is so cheap! And the girl who does billing is kind, she is only making 19 an hour and has been at the company for 3 years while who is a office manager for one year is making salary, 40k, 21-21 an hour, and the other who does insurance is making 18-19 an hour, so please tell me why that is?. I had to cover shifts for people, no bonus, nothing, no appreciation, treated like a street dog, I worked terrible hours, 11:30-7 Tuesdays and Wednesday, Mondays 8:00 am till 6:20 pm, I have a Learning Disability but that never stopped me being the best I can be, but they don't see it that way.Thursdays 9-5:40 pm, Fridays 7-3:30, so I have no life outside of work, can't even get a part time job because of those restricted hours and they want you to do after work hang out, they pay you, but thats more work longer hours after being in work since 7 am. Everyone is getting sick, so now passing that sickness onto me, I called out last Monday as I was sick, so I know Kevin is using that against me, I hurt my back and they persisted I come into work anyways, said, we really need you, I agreed, I should of stayed home, these jobs do not care about you, I went above and beyond, and missed opportunities because of this terrible place. They overbook PTs and PTA, they are always sick, calling out, moved to another state, over worked, why do they open so early 7am till 7 pm, people have lives school. Patients are always cancelling and now I understand why, PTs and PTA will have 12 patients every 40 minutes, you don't get breaks, only one 30 minute break, but work 8-10 hour shifts, are you kidding me, I hope they get sued. I will sue them and get my justice. I didn't feel I was valued and under paid. I explained to them I am worth more than 19 an hour, to see my worth, they disagree. I initially was informed they had moved and were at a new location. I was not happy about this as Worcester was already a haul from Whitinsville and shrewsbury was even further. In addition the chiropractor I formulated my care plan with no longer worked for them. I initially put in an appointment and my son ended up getting a head injury that caused me to miss it. They rebooked me without asking, then I called to ask to verify exactly what I had on my account as I knew it was a substantial amount. I asked them when I booked the original appointment and they told me they had to ask billing and they'd call me back. I asked them again when I cancelled, same response. The. I placed a call Monday 5/6/24 solely asking for the balance, and they said the system was down they had to restart they'd call me back in 5 minutes, at 4:27. One hour later I call back, and am again told billing has to call back with that information. Today 5/8/24 at 9:34 am I receive a phone call informing me $981 is remaining in my account. As I begin to request that money be refunded, they interrupt me "they don't usually give credits back" to which I respond "you have to return credits for services not tendered, and not under the main agreements of my care plan, you guys have moved and no longer have Dr Serena" at which point I was asked by Christine "are you done?" In disbelief I sat in silence on the phone for 30 seconds and she rudely began to say "as I said we don't return credits" and I responded "that was a completely inappropriate and inflammatory way to respond, unbelievable." to which she hung up on. I attempted two call backs at 9:36am and 9:43am which went unanswered. Dr Serena is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and I adored her. Where as the couple times I saw Dr. Cotter years ago he didn't. Back to health always had substantial staffing from my first appointment in 2014 with their original owner, up until I saw Dr Serena. Now it is just Dr cotter. For lack of response and productive communication I am forced to put in a small claims case at Worcester courthouse, and I have written this complaint so that no one has to endure what I am at this moment with this office.

I have had bad sciatica since the second trimester but was too nervous to go at first. I decided to make an appointment and I am so glad I did. Dr. Brittany was absolutely amazing and so comforting, she explained everything in complete detail before doing anything. I felt as ease in her hands. After a complete body assessment and explaining everything she adjusted me with a few different techniques and I was told to ice 1-2x when I got home. I felt amazing and couldn't believe I wait this long to make an appointment. I am now continuing with weekly adjustments until I deliver to keep everything in alignment as recommended by Dr. Brittany, and I look forward to every appointment I have with her. I have, and would recommend Dr. Brittany to all my pregnant friends and family and anyone else.

I have been having neck problems for five or so years. I've seen multiple doctors and had surgery. I wish that my any one of my doctors would put the care and thought into my neck that the two of these young ladies did. Theyasked questions. They listened. They seem concerned. We were always trying new things. Couldn't say enough about them. In a world of absolutely horrible healthcare they were two standouts. You'd be lucky to see them in a world of healthcare professionals who have flat out given up.

My fully-disabled parent had an appointment scheduled to follow up an MRI. Well, as fate would have…read moreit, the MRI got scheduled for the same day, 5 hours later. Obviously, we can't review MRI results for an MRI that hasn't happened, so I contacted the office to reschedule. I left a message with the answering service, then left several voicemails (during office hours) explaining the need to reschedule and reason, over the course of a week. When I received no response to those I even emailed through the website. No response. So a little over 24 hours before the scheduled appointment I left another office hours voicemail explaining that since I haven't heard from anyone it would be best to just cancel. The next day I received an automated message that we missed our appointment. Is this a medical practice that literally has no one checking voicemail? I am the full-time caretaker for two profoundly disabled individuals. I deal with medical appointments, doctors offices, and specialists all the time. I also have two full-time jobs, and work seven days a week to provide for those individuals. The stack of b.s. I deal with daily is sky high. The last thing I need is one provider's office adding one more thing to that stack. Caretaking someone with advanced dementia means a need for results in a reasonable amount of time, especially since medication changes are frequent. I can't wait months to forever to not hear from a provider with important medical information. So I contacted insurance, found NE Neurological, who got us in next month. Just putting that out there for anyone also in need of a responsive specialist for a loved one.

She is the first who isn't pushing unnecessary medications and truly cares. I love our conversations, she's funny which a great distraction while she's putting needles in my head. I would and have recommended her to every migraine sufferer I meet, I even carry her cards in my car to hand out. She's my most favorite doctor of all time. The rest of the staff is super sweet and helpful as well.
