Incredible unprofessional owner who cannot stand by his company's commitements. I contacted these folks to take on a large job leading into the memorial day weekend. I rang them with 4 days lead time for the job. I have an elderly mother in the Albuquerque area that I take care of from 1000s of miles away so I rely on good yelp reviews and clear communication from businesses I contract to assist with things she needs done. This past weekend an exterminator found 3 bedbug carcasses in one room of her house and advised that we do a proactive full treatment to prevent any real issues. Part of this treatment plan requires that all textiles in the home get a deep cleaning in hot water or dry cleaning. I contacted this business and the lovely lady Suzy(?) at the reception took down all of my information and understood the situation and the ask. She told me she would verify with the business owner that they can take on the job. They called me back and said they could do it. So I setup a pickup for today (friday leading into the memorial day weekend). We have an exterminator coming by tomorrow to complete treatment. But, when the delivery guy gets there to pick up the laundry he calls his boss to say it's a lot of stuff. I had been clear it is every article of clothing and linen she owns. It's 6x 20gal trashbags and 3x 10gal trashbags full of laundry. Last minute, the owner calls me back and waffles before finally deciding he doesn't want to take on the job. Now I'm stuck trying to scramble and find someone last minute who is professional and stands by their commitments. I offered to pay any overtime or additional charges but the owner refused. Suzy the receptionist earns an A+ for being a pro, polite, and courteous. The delivery driver and the owner earn an F for being terribly unprofessional, backing out of a commitment and leaving my elderly mother stressed out. Kind of a dick move. Can't recommend these folks at all. read more

Great service!! I needed jeans hemmed that were too long. Susie warned me that she wasn't a seamstress but she pinned them exactly where I told her to. I dropped them off on a Friday and got them back the following Friday. The jeans looked great! The hemming cost $11.82, including tax. read more

I called this establishment on the cost of getting a dress shirt dry cleaned The price is $6.99 + tax. Wow, unbelievable!!! If this isn't overpriced, I don't know what is!!! I had 6 shirts, I hand washed them in cold water. They came out great hadwashed! Businesses that continue to overprice their services will lose. I saved close to $50, thank you!!! read more

The woman was so helpful. Our clothes came out great and they were fast. We had some clothes dry cleaned and some laundered. I didn't know some could be laundered and the woman explained the difference while helping me save. That is important to me. Also they offer alterations. read more

So they clean the clothes right didn't have an issue with that I did tell them I didn't need my cloths expedited because they charge a $10 fee for it but yet when I came in to get my clothes they charged that fee I told they I didn't have them exhibited it took 3 days to get the cloths back but the little old lady was like I had to stay late and still billed me for it and she didn't care what so ever just because she had poor time management skills so just be aware and make sure they memo your ticket to say do not expedite because they will take advantage of the customer for every cent they can. read more
