I took my car in for an estimate and they refuse to work on it because "it will take too long". I will spend my money elsewhere.

I called Excellence Auto Body to schedule an appointment for an estimate to put my bumper back into place after someone backed into it in a parking lot. I couldn't tell if the tabs on the bumper were broken or not, but the paint didn't appear to be damaged or the outside of the bumper itself, so I was hoping it wouldn't be much. The person I spoke with on the phone was super-friendly and said I could email my photos and info ahead of time if I wanted to since I was asking if I could wait there instead of just dropping it off. They were able to get me in the next day. I arrived a bit early, but I was greeted promptly and they took my car back right away. They had the car back out in a matter of minutes, all fixed - and no charge! I couldn't believe it. They said it just needed to be popped back into place, no tabs were broken, easy, fast fix. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this shop. Also, the staff was great. In my short time there, I spoke with 3 people and everyone was very friendly. I hope I won't need them, but if I do, I will definitely come here for body shop work. read more

Hubby was rear-ended at a light. Typical fender bender, bumper and taillight out of alignment, but needed repair. Folks at Excellence were able to take a look first thing the next day. Didn't try to convince us the whole bumper needed replacing (which would have been $$$$), but rather a simple dismantle to pop everything back together and glue back a broken clip. I went in this morning with my '04 Audi A4 at 9am they were done before 10. I needed to get the bumper reattached (I got it caught on a cement parking curb and when I reversed I yanked the right side off). They did a great job with that and got rid of the duct tape residue as well. On top of that they cleaned my car. My rims have never been so shiny. Rich is the man too. Took my vintage Mercedes (owned since new) here to repair (or replace, as needed) the rear bumper and repaint the hood. Recognizing that I was finicky about the appearance and condition of the car, Mitch and Enrique pointed out a number of cosmetic improvements that could be made to the 32-year old car, if I wished. I agreed, and by the time we were through, a body panel with rust had been replaced and the entire car repainted.
