Owen explained what to expect as to why certain stained areas might still remain as difficult to remove (heads up reality check) I should have asked beforehand what was included in the minimum price before starting as I could have had the high traffic area in 2 bedrooms spot cleaned done too but didn't cause only living room cleared of furniture. Next time I will schedule to clean without having to move all furnitures out cause they can clean around them at same minimum price for a 2 BR condo. Overall tho pleased with service. Utterly unreliable and did not provide honest information updates on the status of my rug cleanings. They had my rugs for a month and kept providing an endless litany of excuses and promises that they would be done cleaning by a certain day. They claimed that my rugs had been "dusted", based on this they would send a quote for the cleaning services, and then they were next in line for full cleaning. This never happened. As days turned into weeks of unfounded claims, I finally asked for my rugs to just be returned to me. They returned them (to my surprise... my next step was going to be reporting a theft) and it was obvious that they had never been "dusted" as claimed. Surprised if anyone has had a positive experience with them because this business seems to be competely bogus. read more
