I requested our wall to Wall carpets upstairs to be cleaned. I had 3 bedrooms, hallway and staircase with a small landing. I also Had our family room L shaped sofa cleaned. Brand new house and our dog accidentally pees in our bedroom. My husband naturally freaks out and is in a panic as the smell of ammonia starts to fill our room. He has been quick to reply and has excellent service based on his reviews. Since he was so quick I also decided to add our dining room area rug. His pricing was also competitive and fair. We had another quote that was gonna charge us four times more than what Stacey charged us. Stacey was quick to give me an appointment the very next day (today 10/19/2020) and arrived right on the dot for our appointment time. He quickly got to work and did the small stain in the bedroom where our dog had her accident and also worked on our 7x9 dining room carpet with red dirt stains (also from our dog). We've had the honor of knowing Red for years prior to this service; so when we desperately tried to squeeze a bit more life out of our carpet and get it professionally cleaned, we knew he was the only person we could trust with the job. Despite his hectic schedule, Red managed to fit us in right away; which, as many of us know, is no longer an easy feat considering how crazy life on Hawaii currently is. When he arrived, he carefully walked through our home to take a cursory look at the condition of the carpet. Then, he immediately got to work. Let me preface this part of the review by saying that we knew our carpet was far from ideal. In fact, it was pretty matted in many parts of our home.
