I was willing to give her another chance, but unfortunately for my next appointment I had to do a last minute cancellation due to last minute change in my work schedule. They were completely non-understanding and insisted on charging me the full price of the appointment. They showed absolutely no willingness to compromise for what was going on in my schedule, and just made it all about getting their $$$. Will never be booking with this place again! Also - a word of caution about all the 5* reviews - after my first appointment I was offered a discount on my next booking if I left a 5* review and specifically mentioned the brow tech by name. That's obviously a lot of what's going on here....

I also had a bad reaction to a tattoo about 18yrs ago so was super nervous because ya know it's UR FACE! I contacted her about a patch test and everything went well so I went forward with it! Clients are welcomed to the beverages in the mini-fridge. The treatment rooms are simple and clean. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The only thing I wish I could change is the parking situation. Spaces in front are limited and additional parking is across the street. There's no crosswalk nearby and the traffic is fast and furious. It can take a few minutes to cross safely, so give yourself time.

They use hard wax which is better for the environment and pain. She did a great job showing her options before starting, doing 1 side first and checking in and explaining what she was doing. The place was easy to get to and there is plenty of parking as well. When I walked inside, it was literally the cutest shop I have ever seen. Very modern and clean. I met with Danielle to get started and she was very nice to work with. She cared about what I liked and don't like when it came to my eyebrows. The process took about an hour and I felt very relaxed the whole time. My eyebrows came out absolutely beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. This costed me about $150 but with tip about $180 out the door, which is so worth it to have amazing brows! I will definitely be back.
