Complimentary water greets you with a cute sign, large mirrors for a before and after shot, and they even have swings for your pedicure needs. Behind the pedicure station are sinks for hair washing and down the hall behind the sinks is the bathroom (essential for COVID protocol - wash your hands before your visit starts.) Came to see Katie for a cut and color and she can NOT disappoint. No matter what mix and match looks I bring in she makes it come together like magic. Truly a pampering experience. The nail side adds the cherry on top and the polish is healthier than most people's diets - non toxic. Love the details of care put into quality and health first. Tracy gave me a pedicure like nobody else I have ever been to. I have been on cruises, the Bahamas, several ports in Mexico on the Pacific side. Not one would begin to stand up to the careful work and concern Tracy exhibited attending to my poor ingrown toenails (and yes I've had the surgery). Expensive but for the comfort my feel now, totally worth it and I have more appointments booked. Tracy was very relaxed, welcoming, and we had much in common to talk about. She took a very long time w my feet and legs scrubbing, lotion, massage, wrapping one foot while she worked on the other one so the lotion had a lot of time to soak in. She's fun to talk to, doesn't smack you with the file, and hasn't drawn blood (like some of the quickie shops tend to do). She has been able to do everything I find on pinterest, and makes suggestions when I ask. She's at a new location - 4198 River Road N, Keizer, 97303 (same parking lot as JC's Pizza) - on her own now. I love Tracy as a person and as a nail tech, and the only reason I would be hesitant to recommend her to others is because I don't want her to get too busy for me! haha

I'm very particular about shape, length, and overall consistency, and she took the time to get everything exactly right. She even measured to ensure each nail was uniform, which I've never had done before. The (dip with tips) finish is clean, smooth, and perfectly shaped. The color application is even, and the nails all match exactly, which is important to me. If you're someone who values precision and wants a technician who genuinely cares about the outcome, I highly recommend booking with Michelle.
