I understand the need for cancellation policies, but there should always be room for compassion and common sense--especially in emergencies. As far the service, I continued to try to work with Alyssa by clearly communicating what type of simple lashes I wanted, and by bringing in photos. Time after time she got it wrong and seemed to give me her version of what she wanted for me. I continued to go in hopes that we could eventually get on the same page and build an understanding of what I was wanting. Unfortunately she was not able to provide the simple style I was asking for.

Sugaring is actually less painful than wax and I believe, cleaner because they arent dipping a tool into the hot wax after touching my nether regions. My service today with Trisha was exceptional. A Brazilian is always a little painful but Trisha's technique was so good I didn't feel a thing! No exaggeration! Definitely check out Dulcederm for your next wax/sugar.
