Fabulous service…read more I only had an issue one time when they had a fill in dental assistant helper from a contract agency or someplace & either she didn't inject/swab numbing agent into the right place, I was in severe pain during a dental procedure & the Dentist herself had to inject the numbing agent herself in the correct spot where it should have been. I haven't seen that helper since thank goodness lol... she was creepy & wasn't helpful at all. This place is a block away from my condo in the North Loop.

I liked my previous dental office and only switched because there was a convenience gap I wanted to close, but what I've noticed is how thorough and professional these cleanings are. Nice space, big facility. My dentist has been Dr. Hannon and my hygienist has been Sarah, both awesome. They take Delta Dental, and they have two dedicated parking spaces in the lot that the Prince mural looks down on. Recommended!

They had professional offices, planned to do the procedures in what I thought was the most professional way, and the Dentist was very experienced with this procedure. I've had the tooth removed and bone replacement graft. After waiting a few months for that to heal, Ive now had the surgical implant of the steel implant to support the new tooth. Both procedures were done with precision. I was very satisfied with the work done.

I found out she moved to a different state, thus my journey for a hygienist began... On 07/08/2020, I came to this office to get my teeth cleaned. I was greeted by the receptionists with smiles, I'll assume they were smiles since masks are required in the office, hint hint. I also wanted to get a slight pain checked out from a nearby area close to a crown I had put in. I was seen by Fateemah, as she was kind enough to keep me updated on where she moved. Since they are part of the Smiles Generation network, getting my info back and forth with North Decatur Dentistry was pretty easy. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly once again, and congratulated me on my progress. I didn't get a star sticker but healthier teeth is just as good for me. I was then seen by Dr Egan who was very pleasant and knowledgeable as she was pretty quick to diagnose my pain. She made a slight adjustment to my crowns in hopes that it would help with the occasional pain I'd have. She also told me what other work I needed, but since my time is short here, I'll be getting that work done back in Atlanta. All in all, I had a great experience at this office. It's hard to find an amazing hygienist, so if you visit this office, I recommend you see Fateemah! Not my actual dentist (pause, check name)…read more I am so in love with my Dental Center. 1) They have chocolate chip cookies and a fully stocked Keurig in the entry way 2) They offer paraffin wax hand treatments while you're getting your teeth taken care of 3) They offer nitrous oxide for your 4-year-old who refuses to get his teeth X-Rayed (those plastic X-Ray things do hurt) 4) They told me I have excellent teeth 5) I am in and out within 30 minutes I am so approving of dentists becoming competitive - you can tell this clinic is trying to keep its customers happy. I'm happy (but it could be the nitrous). I should also say that they have really great scheduling - I can usually get in within a week (if I'm flexible, or sometimes not), and they got my mom in when she had a broken tooth within a day (even though she hadn't previously been seen by their dentists).

The nice thing about New Brighton Family Dentistry is that they offer a package for customers who don't have insurance, which I really appreciated. I think I saved an overall $200 dollars on my visit! During this visit the staff were amazing and so patient with me: the women to run the reception area, the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth, the radiologist who took X-rays, and finally, Dr. Grayson! During that visit they ended up fining a cavity and wrote me up a treatment plan with all costs included. This was great because it helped me to plan in advance for the procedures. Dr. Grayson was very gentle when administering the novacaine and drilling on my teeth! Another thing that I liked was how they use a tooth colored filling! In addition, I've always been interested in getting Invisalign, and Dr. Grayson was willing to sit down with me and talk about ALL of my concerns. Overall, I love this clinic.
