You can see in the picture that there was hardly any mastic used, and NO clips. This mirror was a ticking time bomb! My daughter had JUST stepped out of the bathroom. We are horrified at what damage would have been done to her if she was still in the bathroom at the time! I reached out to Fashion Glass & Mirror multiple times and they were entirely unconcerned. Completely shocked that a company of this size has no regard for the safety of their product and only offered an installation!! Installation of what?! I called over 15 times to have them take care of the floor and finally had someone come look at the floor to take a photo and send to management, that was 1/18/23. It's now 2/8/23 and I have heard nothing from anyone. I am very frustrated with Fashion Glass and Mirror and would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. In our primary shower, the bottom portion was not installed properly, which has led to black mold getting trapped and spreading into the shower. Additionally, the shower door does not open all the way. In our daughter's shower, Rolando had to return to fix an installation issue. While one problem was addressed, another was created--water now leaks through, causing water damage that has warped and cracked the baseboards outside the shower. Both my husband and I reached out separately to Rolando to ask if he could fix the issue or advise us on next steps, and unfortunately, neither of us received a response. We're disappointed, as we expected better follow-through and resolution given the extent of the issues and resulting damage.
