Amy was fantastic as well as the rest of the staff. She was funny, thorough and very personable. My Grandma is in town and likes to take my Mom, Sister, niece and I for pedicures. This place was affordable enough we were all able to get the paraffin wax pedicure and manicures as well. I will make a small comment that my toes could have been done a little closer to cuticle and my pointer finger nail chipped off day 2. Everyone who works here is SO wonderful and kind. Amy did an amazing job on my nails! She gave me exactly the design I asked for and didn't charge extra for the designs, she was gentle and very careful of my cuticles which I super appreciate. The results was SO cute I've been getting stars on my nails for a long time & she painted the best stars I've ever had!! She did it quickly and efficiently too! I got a pedicure as well which was wonderfully relaxing, and she did a cute design on my toes as well. I enjoyed the long massage and the good scrub. The place itself is clean, smells nice (not overly smelling like chemicals like nail salons often do) and it was decorated beautifully with crystal chandeliers. When or IF I come back Tony will be the Only one to do my nails! When I came in I was going to ask for him, but there was only a girl. Before we got started I asked if they had glow-in-the-dark colors and she said yes, but wanted to start removing my nails and then when she showed me the colors I mentioned again the glow-in-the-dark and she look confused so First Don't answer a question unless you know what the question is! Luckily a guy came out and was trying to help her through it while telling me there's no glow in the dark and was going to give me a discount. I stayed since I was getting ready to take my service to Cameron and I wish I would have because she did Not do a good job, she didn't get my nails even and when I asked her to file them she made it awkward and didn't do it right. I was so ready to Just Leave. I Didn't ask for the discount, he offered it (to save her) and she acted like it was my fault when she's the one who didn't understand the question and lied. I've tried this nail salon 2 times. Both times I was not happy with my acrylic set of nails. They were not all shaped the same. The polish didn't cover the entire nail and the polish i asked for was not the same color I picked out. I was charged $45 the first time i went and $55 the next time . I asked the gentleman for a french tip and what I received was not a french tip. You could clearly see the white part of my nail under the french tip, the white part did not extend far enough. After seeing what I got, I asked to have them re-done so that the French tip covered the white part of my nail. Although the gentleman was willing to fix them, the lady "manager" stepped in and demanded that I can only have them fixed if I paid for a new set but offered me 20% off. I find this ridiculous as I know some salons are willing to fix any work that they have done, especially directly after having services done! read more

Absolutely love this salon!!! They never disappoint! My nails always come out looking fabulous and the staff is super nice. Messed my nails up and they stayed after hours to fix them. Not to mention I broke my nail the day after I got my nails done and they offered to fix it for nothing! So much fun every time we go. Of course there is stuff that could be worked on but honestly there is no perfect salon, everyone has something they could do better!! Horrible job. I went 2 weeks ago for my wedding to get a pink and white ombré fingernails and a basic pedicure. As I was getting my pedicure an extremely rude lady started on my nails. I couldn't even enjoy my feet getting rubbed because she had me leaning forward to put the tips on. I felt so rushed. My nails were uneven and not the shape I ask for. Even after telling him multiple times how bad they were he didn't listen. The employees were yelling at each other. It was not a good experience. It costed me $185 for 2 sets of nails that were crap and one pedicure. Will not go back to this place. read more

There were 4 of us that booked for an 11 am appointment, 1 for a mani and 2 adult pedis and 1 child pedi. Admittedly the salon was busy and I could understand some delay in service. They did the child pedi, the adult pedi and the mani and left me sitting with my feet in a bowl of water, which eventually turned cold, for an hour. The other 3 in my part were either done or close to being done when the wanted to start my pedi. I told them to forget it, that I didn't want the other 3 to have to wait an hour for me. I wasn't rude just tired of waiting, especially when they took others ahead of me. I left and apparently they began talking to other customers about me. My granddaughter finally spoke up and told them their customer service was horrible, there was no need to discuss what happened with other customers. We weren't rude or disrespectful. Truthfully, if they had just apologized, offered some water, offered to reschedule at another time, offered some kind of customer service I would have been more accepting of the situation. Bottom line, they act like they are the only nail salon in town. I agree their work is good but their attitude and customer service is horrible. read more
