I was really disappointed with my experience. First, I was charged for "extra long" nails, but my…read morenails are clearly not extra long. That alone was frustrating. During the appointment, she asked if I wanted a sparkly powder. I said okay, but then asked if it was an additional charge. She told me it would be $10, so I said, "No, it's okay." Instead of leaving it at that, she responded with, "$10, it's okay, you can do it," and continued trying to convince me. I still declined, and it made me uncomfortable. When removing my old nails, she clipped straight across the entire nail at once, which caused a painful snapping sensation, almost like a rubber band popping. In my experience, you're supposed to clip one side and then the other to reduce that pressure and avoid discomfort. On top of that, she was on the phone for most of my appointment. She would stop working on my nails to continue her phone conversation and also kept chatting with a coworker, making it feel like I wasn't her priority. The nails themselves look nice in the end, but the overall experience, lack of attentiveness, uncomfortable upselling, and being charged for a length I didn't receive left me disappointed.
