I usually love this place and it's been my go to. Today I went with my girls to get our nails done. It took 2.5 hours for them to get us taken care of. It's a Wednesday at 3:30. They had employees walking around. They also charged me $85 for my 12yo. $85! They made her nails so long. Who in the world would put this on a 12 yo. Both my girls had design with acrylic. Hit or miss with Sassy Nails. This time I got a gel manicure ($35) and eyebrow wax ($12). I was charged $3 for an "extra service" but unsure if this was for removal of the gel mani I already had on or because she put lotion and gave a small hand massage after my gel mani. I did a walk in and only had to wait 15-20 minutes. After my eyebrow wax, my skin was very red and hurt more than normal. The next day you could tell skin was removed and looks like a scab under my eyebrow and my skin is still red. I won't get my eyebrows waxed here again. Happy with the gel manicure. read more

I think at one time they may have been the ideal place for nails. Now they are overcrowded and left with bumpy nails filled with air bubbles that started lifting after a week. In full disclosure this is not my go to place, I don't actually even do my nails. It was for a wedding and I was with the bride and bridal party. The nail tech knew it was the bride's nails being done so I was just surprised at the little effort and listening offered. The bride said she felt partially the job was done but overall disappointed with the service. It's possible they already have a loyal client base where the real effort and skill is applied but for newbies and one offs, it's a write off and they'll do it for a quick buck. read more

The third pic is what I wanted (without the stars) and the first is what the tech gave me. I paid 70$ so basically have white paint smeared on my fingers. I think he was annoyed because he did not even try at all to make them look nice. My pinky is just a slash of color. I'm extremely disappointed in what I paid for. He could have said no if he was unable to even try to make a reasonable cloud. I'm really not super picky but this was sort of bizarre. People clearly love Sassy Nails. The first time I came here it was around 6 PM on a weekday, and it was PACKED. There was barely room to sit, and most of the customers seemed to be regulars. The owners had a good rapport going with everyone. I got a snowflake design done that I had found on Pinterest, and Michelle did a great job. I got tons of compliments and they were so beautiful! A day or two later, the rhinestones ended up falling off, but she was nice enough to fix that for me for free and even gave me a quick gel polish to make them stick! The customer service/friendliness here is the best I've seen at any nail salon, and they're really good at nail art/designs. If you come, try to come more mid-afternoon when it's less crowded (and I would assume mornings are the same) - there's a long wait later in the evening. read more

I've come here twice now and I'm not sure I'll come back. I got a gel pedicure from Nicki and she did great. I got a dip nails by Michelle and it was nothing special. Both times I've come here it's been extremely busy, and my dip nails felt extremely rushed. I was coming in as a girl was having conflict and it seemed that management did nothing to solve her issue. I made 3pm appointment with Michelle for a gel full set. It was pretty busy for a Friday afternoon, however I thought that since I made an appointment I should be up next. I was wrong to think that because I didn't get to sit in the chair until 3:40. What is the purpose of making an appointment if I'm not going to get seen during that time? I was a bit annoyed but Michelle was extremely nice. She didn't rush when she did my nails. She shaped my nails just exactly how I wanted them to look. I wanted to give the cat eye nails another attempt. I chose a light pinkish color but it didn't turn out how I had hoped. Michelle ended up removing the color and I picked out a regular light pink gel polish. I loved how it turned out. It's been a while since I last had gel nails and the overall price was very reasonable to me. I think this might be my new go to place depending on how long this full set last. !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! I called in the day before Valentine's Day thinking maybe they would be booked but, they did not disappoint at all. She answered my questions and was patient with me, She then told me I was welcome to come on in as a walk-in. I got a Pedicure and a New full set of Acrylics. The atmosphere was very welcoming and I didn't feel like I was being rushed. I made sure to ask if They could do a replica of my picture reference on Pinterest and they said yes, although I had my doubts, I put my trust on my nail technician. ENDY was amazing! The process took about an hour and a half but, I'm not complaining. The experience was very relaxing and fun! He took his time with the process and made sure I was happy with the result! I went into the salon on woodland and I have been going for a couple of years. I needed gel removal and told the male tech that I needed aluminum foil and cotton. He was sarcastic and rudely told me he knows what aluminum foil is. I said, " you're kind of a smart ass huh? all jokingly. He then was indifferent and had an attitude. I told the ladies I wanted a different nail tech, he rudely says I don't want to do your nails anyway!! This hit a nerve. I said listen asshole you did my friends nails and made her bleed and on top of that the nails pulled up and broke in two days and they did not replace all her gel nails, now you act like a douche canoe with me! so unprofessional. Update on this review: so as I said Brandon is AMAZING but I won't trust ANYONE else with my nails there again I got acrylic set with gel polish LAST FRIDAY they started breaking on MONDAY and I'll show you the picture from today, only seven days later. I can't remember the woman's name... but I'm not happy. My pedicure and eyebrows were ok... but this right here is unacceptable. I would have gone back to get them fixed but haven't had time. I think they have a seven day policy which is understandable, but it was a miracle I had time to go in there the last time now I have to make time again to get them re-done before the week is up???
