I was a loyal patron of Angel Nails for 11 years until the early part of December when Angel decided she could no longer service my husband and I due to the fact my husband had only tipped her employee and not her. I was unaware of whom was tipped and I feel it was of bad business for her to send me a text late on a Saturday night to inform me of this information instead of discussing this with me first. Angel is amazing and got me in on a Saturday for an emergency lash extension gone way wrong from a a different place I had tried the day before!! All's I can say is WOW!!! She does fantastic work, fixed my lashes and I fall asleep every time I go get them done that's how gentle she is. I have gone back twice since that initial day and will continue. Such a beautiful salon with great service. Kelly is amazing and always willing to work with me on scheduling my nail appointments. She works on my nails and my toes. For my nails I get the dip technique done. Kelly has helped me grow my natural nails out using the dip polishes, and I do the deluxe pedicure. The basic pedicure doesn't offer a scrub or masque for you feet which is essential in a pedicure for me. There are also more advance pedicures that I plan on trying one day which are not that much more expensive. Do yourself a favor and schedule your appointment with Kelly. We made an appointment for two mani's and two pedi's. Our entire experience was rushed and really uncomfortable. I was late for my appointment and kept expressing my sincere apologies only to be ignored. We didn't receive the full service for our pedicures. Our feet weren't scrubbed, dead skin wasn't removed and everything was all over the place. It felt as though we came in for a polish change and ended up paying over $140. read more

A friend and I went for the first time today, the service was horrible. Only 1 nail tech trying to do multiple people at one time. We waited 45 minutes before they started on our nails and never once said that there would be a wait, they just kept saying we will be with you in a moment. (A moment is not 45 min) To Top it off there were children running around being loud that belonged to someone that worked there. 7/28/2017 Painful & less than marginal experience! The decor is beautiful and inviting, however the pedi was the worse I have experienced! I sat in lukewarm water for 20 min. while my tech filtted around, moving carts and talking with other techs. She was very rough with the cuticle instrument and it was painful. She spent only a few seconds "lightly" scrubbing the heels and bottoms of my feet and the leg "massage" was lightly rubbing. Lastly, the polish job was thin and uneven. My 7 year old granddaughter could have done better. What a disappointment! It pained me to tip her, but I did. I won't be returning! read more

Not that I do this everyday but I decided to pamper myself while on vacation in KC. Overheard someone say this was the most glamorous nail shop they have ever seen. I had some time to kill so I ventured over to it. I figured I get a bunch of stares when I walked in, being a guy. But the staff was very friendly and suggested a basic pedicure and manicure. What a glamorous nail salon. I was quite impressed with the cleanliness, ambiance and above all their services! Angel, the owner was very personal and attentive to my needs although there were several customers waiting. It seems nobody minded the wait and appears everybody knows everybody there...felt like a nice social place. I can see why- they serve free coffee, water and champagne! I had my Iash extensions done and it was full and long, quite happy! I also had a mani and pedi combo and was very pleased. Great friendly staff. I will be back for sure. read more

The salon is absolutely beautiful and angel is so sweet but this review is solely based on my waxing experience. My eyebrows are incredibly uneven and not cleaned up at all!!! I called not even 5 minutes after I left because there was a clump of wax stuck at the bottom of my hair and to hopefully try and even up my eyebrows. Angel answered the phone and was super understanding & told me to come back in.. I did but nothing was changed other than she got a majority of the wax out of my hair. I still had stray hairs everywhere and one was arched and the other was not. I was so upset with the outcome my boyfriend had to take me to another salon up the street to fix them. read more

Been here several times and they are slow, but the pedi/mani generally have been good. The salon is relaxing until the last visit. I had my pedi and went to the table for my mani and the owner kept me soaking while she did a walk in mani. When she finally got back to me, I got such a rush mani that it was a mess. This was an all around disaster. Never been here before and won't be coming back. Took them thirty minutes to even start on my feet and there was no one else in there- she was just cleaning. She left twice during my pedicure to do who knows what. Asks me to pay before my nails so they won't get messed up which is fine. I gave her a card and she said can you write me a check? This nail salon was not up to my usual standards. While everyone was very friendly, the nail technician burned my fingers while filing down my nails, several times. She also cracked one of my nails and did not bother to fix it. The acrylic that was placed on my left hand is crooked. They did a great job with the polish, but I will not return. read more

Do not go to this place!! I went in simply for a pedicure and to get my nails taken off. The pedicure was painful, sloppy, and quick. Then we got to the part of the take off. Let me say, I get nails put on and off a few times a year and usually go someplace different. However as this was a quick pedi with my sister we went someplace close. No soaking the old nail. This woman went straight to cutting and prying my old nails off. After me complaining and had to ask for my nails to be soaked and grinded off, she looked annoyed and took me to her table. Then I have two women still trying to pry off my acrylics. After more bleeding and pain, I had enough! I asked if they even knew what they were doing! The nicest thing I can say is after making several of my nail beds, and fingers bleed, I was not charged for the pedi. They have no idea what they are doing! Angel Nails does not worry about timeliness regarding making a client wait. I have been frequenting the nail salon for a while now and have to wait EVERY single time. I am not talking about five minutes after my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT time. It is a minimum twenty minute wait every single time. I do not know about the rest of you, but when I make an appointment, I do not expect to be kept waiting. That is not how you run a business to keep repeat clients. The salon is conveniently located to my home, so I really hated to find another salon. Today, (thinking I was being smart), I made the first appointment of the day to avoid waiting (I have better things to do then wait). I walked in exactly at my scheduled appointment time and Angel was just getting the cotton ball wet to remove the polish for a non-scheduled walk in. She had me sign in a take a seat. After sitting there for SUPRISE fifteen minutes, she asked me to wait a little longer so she could finish something else with the walk in client. REALLY!!!! I've had enough. I simply stated no thank you, I will find another of the numerous other nail salon's that make an appointment time a priority for their repeat clients. Please think long and hard before making Angel Nail's your choice for repeat business. Angel does not value repeat business and will NOT honor appointment times for anyone. I have personally had it happen EVERY time I've had an appointment and witnessed it happen every time I am in there. A very un-satisfied ex-client highly disappointed in Angel's "professional entrepreneur" skills. read more
