If you are considering chiropractic care, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Hudson…read moreFamily Chiropractic. Before coming here, I had never seen a chiropractor and had never even thought of chiropractic care as an option for my carpal tunnel. After years of seeing different doctors, no one had ever suggested it. It was only after a random conversation at a conference that I decided to explore it -- and honestly, I wish I had known sooner. My quality of life could have been so much better. From the moment you walk in, the office feels welcoming and well-run. The front desk team, including Lanisha, guides you through the process with warmth and professionalism. When I first started, they asked me to rate my pain, and I was at a miserable 9 out of 10. I began care with Dr. John Rotundo, who is kind, thoughtful, and excellent at what he does. I have also seen Dr. Michael Gazaleh and Dr. William Magill, and each of them has been incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. I always feel like I am in capable hands. The stretching sessions with Kaya are also amazing and add another layer of relief and support. By the end of each session, my pain often drops from a 9 to about a 2. That kind of relief is hard to describe unless you have been living with chronic discomfort. I also did not realize chiropractic care could be helpful beyond carpal tunnel, including for issues like migraines and sinus discomfort. Even though my insurance does not cover all of my sessions, I plan to continue coming here out of pocket. The relief, care, and overall experience are absolutely worth it.

JAG are you serious!? For you really to have the gall 2 weeks later reach out on my phone sending a…read moresurvey "would you recommend JAG or to others!?"  That's my answer you sad clowns:  You are beyond a pathetic practice for ancillary health care provider as a PT & rehab. Business! Here is why. 1) You've had my RX & credentials dropped off on July 12th a FULL 12 days prior to my first PT visit to get the necessary approvals and to verify my healthcare insurance coverages!!  2) You start a patient with a physician's Rx, on physical therapy only to cut him off 4 visits later! Pending verification of health insurance coverage?! If it were pastrami sandwiches you are peddling, one could grapple with the thought!! But this not a deli.! And the interests of your patients come unfortunately at the lowest rung of your practice & professional ethics ladder!! 3) Not only did I have a perfectly working health care coverage insurance but TWO of them overlapping, your business accepted this coverage setup in the same JAG facility a mere 5 months earlier!! You were PAID in full, as I don't owe you anything from the last time around I used your service!! 4) the fumbling clown at the front desk 'Mike' over the last two visits kept intercepting me at the front desk while checking into my PT sessions, with the most absurd claim "your insurance is not answering the phone"! Repeatedly he kept the same mantra, "I keep calling but I cannot get anyone to answer"! Funny thing and out of curiosity, I picked my insurance card and dialed, everytime Mike  made the claim "I'm dialing the phone number on your card but they're not answering"! I picked up the phone & dialed they always answered, they left him two messages, based on my prompts but Mike wasn't responding to calls from my insurance agents while I was on hold each time! The insurance agents each time had to leave a message on JAG's voice mail!! The lazy ungainly clown was NEITHER picking up the phone at business hours NOR was he returning the calls! 5) Mike came up with a superb deliman idea, "I'm going to cancel your next Physical therapy visit till I sort out your insurance plan"  ...  I wish it was a pastrami sandwich I was seeking from JAG, I would have simply walked out to the next deli!! But it wasn't a pastrami sandwich I was getting from the Mike OR the delicatessen JAG! JAG as it happened was disrupting my physical therapy regiment only because its ungainly clowns claim they're unable "to get a hold of one of my insurances"! 6) when I reminded Mike I have two perfectly functioning overlapping insurance, there was ZERO reason for harming my healthcare interest by disrupting my physical therapy regiment, and that they 'JAG Hoboken' had the same set of two overlapping insurance ironclad coverage for ALL previous billing for the last time I had PT in the same facility only 5 months earlier, the delicatessen man's response "let's play it by ear I'm cancelling your next visit for now"! Would I recommend your JAG business to others!? You tell me you pitiful clowns! PS you've a single poor therapist juggling a long line of waiting patients, from her exhausted looks the poor woman is an overtaxed horse ready to croak!! Have some decency you rapacious sweatshop clowns and send her supportive therapist till you can hire another therapist in place of Nicolette who left a month ago, I can speculate as to why she left, but I will refrain since I don't have all the facts... Your business as healthcare provider is a joke! Think over the delicatessen idea though...

My injuries to my back is bad and because they know what they are doing I always feel great after my physical therapy. I highly recommend Jag-One for physical therapy to anyone that's living with pain.
